Rules & Information Read all of the rules carefully. Claiming ignorance of these rules is not an excuse to break them, it is your responsibility to keep yourself updated with our rules as they may suddenly change at any moment during development. COMBAT RULES 0 – DEFINITIONS OOC - (out-of-character): This is the name of the server's global chat, which is utilized for non-roleplay discussion. IC - (in-character): This refers to any actions, words, or motions performed as your roleplay character. LOOC - (local out-of-character): This is a chat that allows you to communicate on the server without using your character. Unlike OOC, LOOC isn't global and only people around you can see it. Metagaming - The exchange and disclosure of in-character information through any out-of-character communication in order to obtain an advantage in a roleplay situation. Powergaming - is the act of imposing your actions on another player without regard for the fighting rules. This can also be used to control another character's actions. Godmoding - This is the act of your character having superhuman strength, evading every single attack, or possessing supernatural powers that humans are not meant to have. FailRP - Anything that is unrealistic and unattainable might be characterized as FailRP. This might also be considered when bringing specific principles into roleplay from OOC. NVL - (Not Valuing Life) Not realistically fearing for your life when you are threatened with weapons or severe harm from other means. Having non-spontaneous shoot outs at PD or hospital Antagonizing gangs/police or armed individuals for no character reason. inserting themselves into ongoing situations or shootouts, between two groups or one group and the police. AvoidRP - The act of avoiding a roleplay situation by running without an action whilst in range (within 3 blocks), remaining in a safe zone, or logging off. Safezone - A designated area where you are not permitted to use weapons, kidnap, take hostages or escalate any issue further then physical. FearRP - The act of accurately roleplaying potential consequences or interactions your characters may have that could have a negative outcome (e.g. death, arrest, or suspension). RDM - (Random Deathmatch): The act of attacking someone at random without following proper escalation or other valid confirmation in combat rules. ERP - (Erotic Roleplay): Participating in an explicit roleplay. Nudity or detailing disturbing acts can be considered Erotic Roleplay. Void - Forcing an IC scenario to cease to exist. This is only possible if a rule is broken and all concerned parties agree. F2B - (Fade to Black): Skipping roleplay is referred to as fading to black. If no one wants to entirely roleplay a situation, this can be done to save time. This is only achievable if all concerned parties agree. Gangs - A group of people who engage in illegal activity (this includes people who are related to each other). NLR - (New Life Rule) If you are NLR'd then you will forget how you "died" but keep all previous memories your character has. CK - (Character Kill) The act of permanently killing a character. P2L - (Play To Lose): This is the most prevalent way for players on the server to participate in combat roleplay. During P2L, all parties agree to fight without using the roll method, towards either a predefined ending or something that all parties may agree on. Fights must stay realistic and entertaining for both parties. 1 – PLAYER CONDUCT 1.0 - All community members must be respectful of one another, both on the server and in third-party communications such as Discord servers or direct messages. Racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, antisemitism, ableism, and other forms of oppression, as well as harassment, will not be permitted. 1.1 - Any judgments made by HimeraRP staff members are to be respected and regarded as final. 1.1a - You cannot avoid confrontation with staff members by logging out or using any other method. 1.1b - It is not permitted to approach different staff members in order to obtain a different response to specific situations. If you believe a staff member handled a matter incorrectly, contact a Senior-Admin+. 1.2 - Loop-holing rules is not allowed. 1.3 - Do not lie to staff members or other players in any way that is not in character, including creating false reports. 1.4 - Do not promote any other servers, roleplay or otherwise, within the server or community's associated servers. 1.5 - When using IC, OOC, and LOOC chats, players must type in English. 1.6 - Do not engage in any extremist or oppressive behavior in-character. 1.7 - Players are not permitted to disclose personal information or dox another player's information. 1.7a - If you are associated with a player who is threatening your information or harassing you using a third-party messaging service, block and report their account on that site. 1.8 - All players, regardless of circumstance, are required to notify rule-breakers. Failure to do so may result in punishment. 2 – GAME RULES 2.0 - Do not use alternate accounts or VPNs to bypass or escape punishments/bans. 2.0a - Using alternative accounts on the server to obtain an advantage is not permitted (e.g. you may not roleplay with yourself to gain information that your character would otherwise not know) 2.1 - "FailRP," or the act of failing to roleplay genuinely or properly, is not permitted on the server (eg. powergaming or godmodding). 2.1a - Do not return to a roleplay scenario within ten OOC minutes of your character being severely assaulted/killed. 2.2 - You are not permitted to use hacks or exploits on the server. 2.2a - Clients to improve your gaming experience are permitted as long as they do not provide you an advantage (e.g. using a minimap is not allowed). 2.3 - You are not permitted to attempt to sell in-game things through any means other than in-character. 2.4 - Your skin must be suitable and adhere to the Player Conduct guidelines. 2.5 - All commands must be used for their intended function in-game (OOC cannot be used for roleplay, and IC commands cannot be used for OOC purposes). 2.5a - Players can only hear through a wall if someone on the other side is screaming. 2.6 - Any in-game property (home, apartment, tower, etc.) must be realistic to the server and roleplay. Furthermore, the builds must be suitable and contain no content that violates the Player Conduct Guidelines. 2.6a - Administrators will disown a property only if the owner has been absent for 30 days. 2.6b - It is prohibited to block signs in order to hinder people from purchasing a property. 2.6c - You cannot hide chests in inaccessible locations where you have to break blocks (floors, walls, etc.). 2.7 - Stalling situations on purpose is a punishable violation. Only staff members have the ability to pause roleplay in order to resolve an OOC issue. If you have a problem with roleplay, sort it out after the situation. (If something urgent happens such as a player crashes you may pause a situation) 3 – CHARACTER RULES 3.0 - Unless otherwise authorized, all characters must be human with two eyes, one nose, one mouth, two ears, and no extra limbs. 3.0a - Characters cannot be shorter than 4'0" (122cm) or taller than 6'5" (195cm) without proper approval. 3.0b - Characters must have a skin tone that is already present in the human race, this does not limit people to body paint if specified IRP. 3.0c - Characters must be from a real, existent country in the real world (cannot be from a made-up country or different planet). 3.0d - Any skins that appear implausible (such as alien beings) are to be used as costumes or cosplay in-roleplay. 3.0e - Skin's may only contain 1 face covering/mask without the use of an actual mask/hat in the server 3.1 - It is strongly recommended that your character description simply include physical characteristics of your character, although you are free to provide as much information as you want. 3.2 - Your RPName (/rpname) must include your first and last name (e.g. Bill Benson). It cannot be only a nickname and must include your character's entire name. 3.2a - Unless the name is widespread or widely unknown, your character's name cannot be the same as that of a real or fictional person (eg. Miley Cyrus). 3.2b - Your RPName / character name cannot be offensive. 3.2c - Your character cannot be a member of more than two families, and their surnames must be properly specified in the RPName. 3.3 - In character, the age of majority (adult) on the server is 20 and above. 3.3a - No character over the age of 25 can be in a relationship with a character under the age of 23. 3.3b - Characters under the age of 22 cannot be in a relationship with any other character if the age difference is larger than three years. 3.3c - On the server, in roleplay, the age of consent is 17 years old. 4 – ROLEPLAY RULES 4.0 - Do not engage in metagaming. This is the act of utilizing out-of-character knowledge to your advantage in-character, despite the fact that your character is unaware of these details. Questions like "can you meet me at spawn?" or "where is everyone roleplaying?" are not considered metagaming. 4.1 - Do not use emoticons in-character; the sole exception is while using the in-game phone texting feature (/text). 4.2 - You are not permitted to engage in erotic roleplay. NSFW activities or descriptions of naturally sexual actions are against the rules and can result in severe punishment. 4.2a - Erotic roleplay includes "erotic literature," which means you can't put anything NSFW in the in-game Book and Quills / Signs. 4.2b - Do not use your character to reference/mention/act on any sensitive content, such as necrophilia, pedophilia, beastiality, sexual assault/harassment/rape, or significant gore (heavily detailed violence that is discomforting). 4.2c - In terms of delicate content, do not include any roleplay involving overdosing, suicide, or self-harm around people that are uncomfortable with that content. (NOTE: make sure that you are in private or ask people around you if they are ok with you roleplaying sensitive topics) 4.3a - If your character is recording something, whether video or audio, the phone must be out at all times. You also must perform an action that initiates the recording and take screenshots during the session. 4.4 - You may not avoid roleplay interactions, generally known as AvoidRP (FailRP). Avoiding roleplay includes logging off to prevent consequences, refusing to log in if another person has escalation/permissions on your character, or using a different character to avoid escalation/permissions. 4.4a - Expulsion, suspension, detention, arrests, detaining, and manhunting are all examples of interactions that you cannot log out of. More information on the length of time you must be online after committing a crime may be found in the Criminal Roleplay section, which is section 5. 4.5 - You must roleplay the potential consequences or interactions your characters will have in a realistic manner. On the server, this is commonly referred to as FearRP. Your character should be afraid of specific negative consequences in scenarios. 4.5a - Examples of FearRP related to crime include being afraid of weapons (including Police weapons), roleplaying realistically in the presence of several gang members (armed or unarmed), obeying HPD/EMS when they give directions, and acting appropriately in government buildings. 4.5b - FearRP is a broad term that may not apply to all roleplay scenarios, which means that it is normally up to the persons roleplaying to do so realistically. Staff members are able to make any decision regarding FearRP as long as they follow the rules outlined above and are practical. 4.6 - Voiding is only permissible if a rule is broken. Staff members also have the right to override a majority vote. 4.6a - In terms of a majority vote, if a majority of a group decides to void a scenario for a valid reason, such as a rule violation or other OOC grounds, the scenario is voided. 4.6b - Even if an action or situation is voided, you still may be punished. 4.6c - Certain actions can be faded to black (F2B). 4.7 - Do not apply all real-world rules to the roleplay universe. The server is set in a 1:4 scale of real life time meaning the roleplay universe is 4 years ahead of real time. 5 – CRIMINAL ROLEPLAY 5.0 - Escalation occurs as a result of a series of circumstances and stages that allow you to do different things to the person you're engaging with. Each stage is designated with a number to assist you in identifying each stage. Here are some scenarios that should be played out utilizing this approach. This method is not conventional and most likely different from what you're used to, this way of crime is to prevent "baiting", now, if you do not want your character to be hurt, they wont. 5.0a - Street Conflict: 1) Verbal/Light Physical (Pushing/Shoving or insults, and anyone can start) 2) Physical (Punching / KO, If both players initiated in Stage 1, anyone can begin) 3) Threat (The victim can only make a threat and escalate if the threat is disregarded). 4) Weapons (Anyone can start after the threat phase; you can use weapons but may not permanently damage a character) 5) Murder (To murder, they must have attempted/have done major physical damage to your character; only the recipient of the damage can start. This stage allows you to permanently damage a character or character kill them) (Damaged major arteries, bullet holes, and gaping holes are examples of serious physical injury.) CLICK THE SPOILER BELOW TO SEE A SCENARIO USING THIS METHOD. 5.0b - Police conflict - With police conflict you are able to NLR any cop for any realistic reason, you cannot kill police officers without a valid roleplay reason + staff approval. Police are also only allowed to NLR unless there was a valid reason to fully character kill someone (e.g. someone attempting to character kill an officer). 5.0c - When using a gun you must make an action to kill when fully killing off a character if valid permission was obtained, otherwise it will be counted as NLR. 5.0d - Escalation lasts 4 days, If you do not complete all of the phases of escalation and quit the fight, you can re-enter the combat within 4 days and pick up where you left off. 5.0e - You are permitted to appropriately defend yourself in a realistic manner in order to end a situation; however, you are not permitted to do anything more than is necessary to protect yourself, and you cannot cause permanent damage or kill a character unless they are trying to character kill you. An example being someone tries to stab you so you stab them back to get away. 5.0f - You are not permitted to kidnap a character unless they have done major physical damage to your character or you receive explicit staff approval. 5.0g - If you have permission to kill, you can break into their hiding location or kidnap them (NOTE: you are not allowed to break into government buildings unless approved by a Senior-Admin+). 5.0h - You will also have any escalation that your gang members or family have if you witnessed the situation. 5.1 - To completely kill a player via methods other than the Rules of Escalation, you must first explain your reasoning to staff and gain their approval, or gain OOC consent from the player. The same holds true for kidnapping, permanently damaging characters, and robbing apartments. 5.1a - All approved perms by staff last for one week. 5.2 - If you want to rob someone, you should do it in a realistic setting. You're not going to rob someone in front of a crowd and CCTV; that's not practical, it must be in a disclosed area. 5.2a - You can rob someone of anything in their inventory, however you are limited to taking one item or (€2,000) from a player and can only rob two individuals per hour. 5.2b - If you are being robbed by force and the attackers do not have any lethal weapons, you automatically go to Stage 2 of escalation (Physical) 5.2c - If you are robbed with a lethal weapon, you automatically advance to Stage 4 (Weapons) of the escalation process; If you do not have a lethal weapon, you must fear the robber and will not attack him realistically. 5.2d - You must do an action to pat someone down followed by them doing a /it on what they have on them. (Lying about what you have will result in punishment) 5.2e - You may NOT rob someone's custom item unless it was a weapon used against you. You may also NOT rob guns, bags, or any Faction equipment unless specified in weapon profiles or given staff approval. 5.2f - No matter where you are, you're allowed to mug someone's weapon within a week if you are involved in the fight. 5.2g - You cannot rob a Black Market Dealer trying to sell. 5.3 - Players must fight in either a party-based or a player-based combat system if rolling (Rolling amounts are found below). Party-based fighting is ONE /me per party, whereas player-based combat is ONE /me per person in a set order. If not specified otherwise, combat will always be party-based. You can also ask someone if they wish to P2L, refer definitions to understand P2L. 5.4 - If you make a clear demand with a clear consequence to someone and they do not listen, you can follow through on your threat. You may not, however, permanently harm or kill a character unless valid permission was obtained. You must also have a realistic motive for threatening them, you’re not going to stab someone over minor insults / light physical interaction. (Abusing this such as "Drop all your items or die" is not permitted.) 5.4a - If someone threatens to use a sharp weapon / gun on you, you automatically go to Stage 4 of the Street Escalation process, and can engage in weapon conflict with the assailant. 5.4b - You may not threaten EMS doing their job unless they are helping someone you have active character kill permissions on. (EMS cannot directly interfere with ongoing crime scenarios) 5.5 - If you are stabbed once in a lethal area a bleedout timer of 10 OOC minutes will start. If the attackers didn't follow proper escalation or don't have approved kill permission and your timer runs out, you will forget how you died (NLR) but will still keep your character. 5.5a - If you are stabbed twice in a lethal area, you must /sit. You will, in all probability, be out of fighting power. 5.5b - If you are knocked out, you will be unconscious for 5 OOC minutes. 5.5c - If someone witnesses a crime you are able to NLR them. 5.5d - If you're downed by a gun or stabbed twice from a lethal weapon, you're downed for the rest of the scenario; on-going scenarios stay on-going however, if you're downed and revived (via EMS or brought to Criminal EMS) you're not to re-engage in the on-going (original) scenario. 5.6 - For approaching players from the back, you must action and roll; this also applies to players from the front and sides, but only if they hold a weapon that outranges yours. 5.6a - If other players are within range of you (within 3 blocks), you must action and roll before drawing weapons. 5.7 - If your character has been physically damaged, you must include the extent of the injury in your RP Description (for example, "She'd have a left prosthetic eye.") 5.8 - It is against the rules to create throwaway characters, or characters who have no motivation other than to commit crimes irresponsibly with no roleplay behind them. 5.9 - Staff reserve the right to blacklist any player from CrimeRP/GangRP if they believe they are not roleplaying realistically or appropriately, or if they are being a general annoyance to CrimeRP/GangRP. 5.9a - If you are blacklisted you are not permitted to engage in any GangRP / CrimeRP. 5.10 - It is against the rules to bait other players into giving you permissions. Baiting is simply attempting to obtain permissions from someone with an OOC motivation, or attacking new players on purpose. An example being, starting a fight with no motive other than to escalate the situation on the other player to kill them. 5.11 - If you are arrested or killed, you are not allowed to engage in GangRP with the same criminal group for 2 OOC days. Gangs and crime families are examples of this. 5.11a - You are limited to one character in the same gang or crime family. 5.11b - If you commit a crime or are being pursued, you must stay online for at least one hour in the same skin. 5.11c - If a gang leader is to die the gang will be disbanded. 5.11d - If you find someone is insiding on your gang ICly, you gain permission to kill their character. 5.12 - You may not escape jail without staff permission. 5.13 - You may not engage in illegal / major roleplay inside safe zones. 5.13a - It is prohibited to camp outside the hospital to prevent someone from entering. 5.13b - You are not permitted to escalate any issue over the level of physical inside safezones. 5.13c - During combat, you may not enter a safezone until you lose the attackers. 5.14 - If a player informs the cops about a crime or publicizes a crime you committed that wasn't already public and can lead to arrests, it escalates to murder on that character(s). (you must have found out through IC means) This does not apply if someone is doing their job. 5.14a - If someone has a phone or camera out and can see you committing a crime you are permitted to steal or destroy the item(s). 5.14b - If someone is in possession of something incriminating to you then you are permitted to stealing or destroying the item(s) (This includes photos, recordings, and written statements) 5.15 - If a player sets a "hit" on you, you gain the same escalation that the hitman(s) and the player who set the hit have on you. 5.15a - If you resell any black market items and any dealer finds out they are permitted to character kill that character

Racism, NSFW and toxicity is not tolerated, this counts slurs and offensive words. 3. Spamming / Flooding and Text-Art is not tolerated. 4. Any form of advertisement(s) is not allowed within the community. DM Advertisements, Advertisements within communities / discord's that we own) 5. Soundboards and loud noises are not tolerated if used in annoying ways. 6. Do not bring any drama into the server, keep that in DM's please. 7. All discords must be under ownership of @tacoO_0 prior to advertisement in ANY Official Himera Roleplay Discord. 8. Avoid pinging staff members if possible. 9. Use all the chats for their intended purposes. 10. Trolling/Minging or any of the sorts is not tolerated. 11. This is a English only Discord, so only speak in English. 12. Himera Roleplay related discords moderation responsibility is strictly on the server owner. Unappealable banned/Community Blacklisted players must be removed from any Himera Roleplay related Discords. 13. ALL Staff have final say on Discord Rules whether it be in Himera Official discords or Himera related discords. We follow the Discord ToS and Guidelines, if you do not follow these rules, you may subject yourself to being banned from the discord and possibly the server. Any rules listed primarily towards forum posts will simply result in the posts' deletion. 1. Do not post any illegal, graphic, NSFW content (18+ content), propaganda, etc. 2. Racism, disrespect or discrimination towards others is prohibited. 3. Keep posts civilized, swearing is allowed. 4. No advertising or spam. This includes Other server IP Addresses. 5. Irrelevant links to places that have no contribution to the forums, or advertising of products. 6. Do not post your, or others, personal contact information. 7. Do not necropost (reply to a thread that is older than 1 month [unless it is still relevant.]) 8. Do not spam the forums. 9. Give threads relevant titles, and be sure to post the threads in the correct category. 10. Only reply to threads if you have something relevant/meaningful to say, do not reply to threads with one-liners such as 'ok.' 11. Do not post malicious content, links or software. 12. Do not have an obscene/NSFW avatar or banner. 13. Do not create posts that are designed to insinuate drama or to seek attention at all, e.g When leaving the community or taking a small break you are more than free to do so without creating a large document regarding it on our forum space. 14. Describe your experience with roleplay: My experience within RP spans across multiple years within different communities, where I've learnt how to roleplay correctly and adopt a character and play that character properly. Within the communities that I've played within I've learnt quite the ability to play and tell the story of said character. What is Escalation in your own words: ⁤Escalation is a process in which a conflict or confrontation becomes increasingly serious or dangerous over time. ⁤⁤It's like a step-by-step progression from small problems to life-threatening situations. The stages outlined in your rules represent different levels of intensity, starting with verbal or light physical confrontations and moving up to threats, the use of weapons, and the potential for severe harm or even death. Do you have a microphone?: Yes List your past BMD applications: N/A What is your reason for applying?: As a player that's been within communities for quite a while I've always loved the idea of being able to play a role and test new things for myself. Becoming a BMD will allow me to expand my knowledge within the faction and see the aspect of 'GangRP' from a different picture. Not only this, with the character I'm apply on, he already has a background when it comes to being apart of criminal organization so therefore this role will allow my character to build a larger background and extend the lore within it. Do you acknowledge that you are not allowed to abuse the fact you get weapons for cheaper prices?: Of course. Do you acknowledge that if you are arrested or killed you're role as a Dealer will be removed?: Of course. What is your knowledge on Black Market: My knowledge within the Black Market has rather substantial size as this is the often faction that I tend to group myself with. The goal of the 'Black Market' is to sell and distribute weapons throughout the server. Not only this, The black market dealers sometimes offer different services for the civilians. I.e Bounty Hunting, Debt collecting, Smuggling contraband, breaking people out of prison etc. The Black market is basically the Top Dons of the criminal underworld, they rule over the gangs, civilians and everyone else within the faction, they have power to stop people within character and act sufficient to any type of situation that's bought to manner. IC Section (Write this as if your character is in an interview.) What makes your character Unique? "Well, if you're looking for someone with expertise and a zero-tolerance attitude, I'm the guy. I couldn't even count on my fingers how many pesky wannabe gangsters I've had to deal with when it comes to this type of stuff. I've been knee-deep within the criminal underworld for quite some time now and built myself quite the image, I have connections throughout the globe and they only tend to expand. Do we need something done overseas? I have that covered, don't you worry. But what makes me unique is I'm the least expected person to be within this business, I've never once been caught in for what I've done and know how to gather sufficient evidence while doing so. You want someone who takes a lot more pride in their duty than selling weapons and distributing drugs. I'll simplify it for any of you which didn't catch my drift. When push comes to shove, I had to adapt and find a way around the cliff if you get what I mean. The Black Market? It's like a lifeline, a chance to carve my path and do my own thing. Plus, let's all be honest here the thrill of the trade, the knowing you could get busted any second gives that urge and adrenaline is what gets me up in the morning. So believe me, I didn't want this lifestyle however if I'm going to be thrown into the deep end might as well keep afloat." Backstory [Minimum 100 Words] Finally, the day had arrived for Hwa-Young to go into labor, Zen being by her side every step of the way, comforting her and exchanging words of encouragement. After a few tedious hours, their beautiful twin boys were welcomed into the world. Zen would go on to name one of the sons as Seno Minori, and Hwa-Young decided upon the name of Tae Minori for the other son, and from that day forward the Minori Family had been created. As young parents, Zen and Hwa-Young were not the most mature individuals to raise two sons, and they continued to perform delinquent acts as ultimately it was their most prodigious way of bonding with each other. As much irresponsibility they may have had, they always prioritized their sons and on the occasions they escaped the house to act upon their mischievous activities, they always made sure their sons were in safe hands with their friends who often babysat them. As Seno and Tae grew, they also found themselves mixing with kids who were a very bad influence on them, and due to their parents often indulging in troublesome activities themselves, the two brothers justified their actions. The two of them often found themselves involved in delinquent activities such as drinking, smoking and vandalizing property and the two soon had very little regard for the law. Zen was disappointed in his son's actions, knowing it was wrong he attempted to talk to his sons, warning them about the dangers of their actions, but Seno and Tae had no interest in listening to their fathers wise words. The two brothers kept digging deeper and deeper, their acts of crime soon turning to violent outbursts which would be directed towards anyone who tried opposing them. The shopkeepers keep the shop running, ensuring everything is in stock and employees and customers are well taken care of during business hours. They are the ones who take care of the openings, keeping track of which employees show up or not. Shopkeepers must be the ones to host an opening, if the shopkeeper isn’t present then the salon cannot open. LEAD MANAGER - The lead manager isn’t very different from normal managers, just the head of the three available managers. The lead manager keeps track of the server's discord, looking out for the ‘help’ channel and answering any questions that are needed. The shopkeeper's little helper when it comes to the discord, and the actual shop itself! MANAGER - The right-hand man of the shopkeeper, as their responsibility is very similar but yet has its differences. At least one manager must be present during an opening, though sometimes there can be expectations if needed. The managers are required to listen to the shop owner, if not they are risked of being fired. Like shopkeepers, managers can do any position in the salon, but normally the shopkeeper will let them know what positions they need to be filled for the opening. Managers must be required to check in on employees and customers, keeping an eye on them as shop owners do. CASHIERS - By far the easiest job at the salon, they will just get the customers their requested item and get the money from the customer, making sure the bought items are being tracked. This job might be the most beneficial, making the most money out of all of the other positions (besides shopkeepers and managers of course. . and probably tailors. . tailors make bank). STYLISTS - Stylists are all about detailRP, for the most part! There are three jobs a stylist does, hair, nails, and makeup! Why don't we go over all three tasks, shall we? Hair Treatments - stylists will need to be able to edit a hair file if they do someone's hair ICly, that being hair dyeing, cutting, etc. If a hair treatment is taking place, the stylist is required to ask the customer OOCly whether or not they want the hair file to be done by the stylist or by themselves. If the worker is to do someone's hair file for them, they’re able to request the charge according to what they think is a fair price. Nail Treatments - DETAILRP… DETAILRP… that's all it is! Mostly. The player who plays the stylist must make sure they know the correct steps that need to be taken to do someone's nails and be able to do it at a quick enough pace for others to get their nails done. Makeup Treatments - Similar to nail treatments, this also requires DetailRP and the ability to be able to know about what they are doing. They must make small talk with the customer, making sure the customer's money is well spent and reassuring them they have a good time. Makeup treatments can range from simple eye shadow to full glam makeup looks. TAILORS - Tailors don’t have to be at every single opening, but they are required to go at least twice a month. Once the shop opens, people are allowed to go to the Discord server and place an order for a tailoring appointment. But what's that? I'm SO glad you asked! Tailoring appointments: There will be a channel in the discord server that states when someone is opened, and how many customers they are taking. There will be a short form for the player to fill out, stating what they want, and setting up an appointment to come in and get an outfit tailored! The player will then head to the shop, heading over to the tailor section, stating they have an appointment with whatever tailor that they picked out! The tailor will then help them choose outfits, giving them options and an outfit fitting, figuring out which colors and styles suit the customer more. OOCly, the customer is required to show the tailor an outfit reference so it can be made. Then boom, the appointment ends! The outfit will be made, and the customer is required to pay the tailor once it's done. However, once the outfit is finished, the player can come back to the shop (even if there’s no opening) and roleplay getting their outfit from the tailor, trying it out for the first time! Kermit is a killer!" *Hyun would dig through his weapon cache as he pulled out a AT-9 Spiral-2 which was de-attached from a Tank, loading it with an HESH Round and Aiming at the figure* - "Hyun what the fuck?!" + "It's our only chance you idiot!" * He would then fire the Anti-Tank round at the figure..* ... *The figure would disappear, the greenish smoke that was filling the area would slowly fade away as the two higher-ups looked at each other..* - "Did it work? JIN-NAKAMURA LORE Written by Sinner The Jin-Kyong Family, est. 1968 by Kameyo Jin-Kyong, and Higuchi Jin-Kyong (former name Higuchi Seiji). The Jin-Nakamura Family (former Jin-Kyong), est. 2018 by Himari Jin-Kyong, and Hiroto Nakamura. July Jin-Kyong’s father, Kameyo Jin-Kyong, brought July to the world followed by July’s mother’s death. He had second grade lung cancer, and it spread quicker than they could handle because their family didn’t have access to the medical needs he needed to survive. They lived out in a small hut with no form of heat, and when July’s dad passed away she was quickly noticed by a couple that was out walking. They took her into their home, and from there on, July Jin-Kyong was born with a drive to accomplish exactly what she wanted, she didn’t have supportive parents and wanted to achieve the best of herself. Himari grew older as it went, but had massive health issues, she struggled with asthma and it became so bad she was at the clinic for a week before they managed to get rid of the struggle. All the money in their family vast went straight to caring for Himari, and July's husband was furious about this. He kicked them on the door and forced them to handle themselves. July was rather old when she had Himari, as she was pregnant with Himari by the age of 27. She gave birth around 28 - and when they were kicked on the street, Himari was only 4 years old. July didn’t know what to do and simply disbanded her child on a stranger’s doorstep. It ruined all the hopes July had, but July knew she had to move on, she searched for places to live and got settled at a christian school with dormitory. She’s never spoken to Himari since. Himari’s story changed for the better, and she quickly became adopted, her father kept in touch with her. She moved to an area called Seoul, in South Korea - alongside her newly foster parents, at an age of just 14. July, who was now 42, was still nowhere to be found. Himari kept tracing down her mothers steps through her teenage years, despite her foster parents telling her to stop trying. Himari knew July wouldn’t have disbanded her. All along it turns out Himari’s mother July, had changed her name to July Tsukai to cover up her story, it was her maiden name taken from her mother. As Himari grew older, she said goodbye to her foster parents and split ways with a fortune of 3 million in her bank account, she invested her money in a house, a tower and an apartment of her own. Her tower was decided to become her new way of making money, hopefully owning a bar and a restaurant, this made her the youngest property owner in Seoul at the time. At the age of 19 she fell in love with a man named Hiroto Nakamura, they both knew that their form of love wouldn’t be accepted in the society, but after sneaking around for 3 years with each other whilst finishing up Himari's tower, they made their relationship public. Their way of making their relationship public was to tattoo each others names on each other's arms- it might’ve seemed cringe back then but now at 26 and 27, they felt like it is a better decision than what they thought it was back then. A permanent way to declare their love for eachother. Unaware to Himari, Hiroto wasn’t the hero in golden-armor like she thought he was, a side of her felt like she knew but he seemed to have something rather big hiding behind closed walls. In reality he had been committing multiple crimes whenever not in her sight, and had sat in for multiple causes. To her he’d always say that it was nothing serious, that it was someone else and not him - that he loved her very much and alike. She fell for every trick he pulled, and that allowed him to continue the off-street work he did in his freetime. Himari made her own clothing brand in the midst of all this, and succeded rather quickly, although unsure what to call her business as she started it off as "Himari Tailor". One day she had an initial idea of adopting a teenage boy, however adoption when you’re not 25 yet wasn’t the easiest. South Korean law stopped them from getting the child they wanted, and they were given Hiromitsu instead. The formation of their family happened when they changed Hiromitsu’ name to match theirs. They couldn’t agree on a name so they took half of Hiroto’s name and half of Himari’s name, forming the name “Hiromitsu Jin-Nakamura”. Jin-Nakamura quickly became a liking of Himari's, and became the name she used for not only her tailoring brand but also her tower brand. Although they got a teenage boy way older than they wished for, they couldn’t have been any more happier than they are now, and they still have plenty of blank pages ahead of them so they have plenty of possibilities to form more family members, not to mention more friends and more experiences. She would be exited for her birthday because she told her mother that she would love to have something of an animal. Later that day she would be stroking the dog on the sofa and her brother would come up to the apartment a bit happy but when he saw the puppy next to his sister he would scream in jealously why did he not get one and his sister would say back to him because its my birthday and at the corner of her eye she would see a set of Nursing equipment in a box like a toy set and her mother said to Dae that she was going to bin that and put it in the trash because she said she does not like it but at that moment she would look at it in excitement and open it up in a hurry and put everything on and from that day on she would love the thing of being and doing what a nurse does and thinks. 5-6 years later, She would be finishing her last years of school and her big brother would be leaving the house finishing school himself and now finding a place to live in South Korea. She would be walking home from school looking forward to see her mother and little puppy that would not be a puppy now she would get into the house and the dog would jump up like it always does and she would smile seeing her mother cooking some food and then when to her room. 1 year later, She would be finishing school heading to college and trying to get good in College to move to university But sitting in her first class getting early she would be sitting a bit sharp in her chair ready to learn and get down the information for this class. After class on classes she would get a bit bored and for her break she would take a nice walk to the 7-11 down the street and after that going to her local hospital to visits the team of Nurse that she would get to know because of her mother use to work there. She would get back to the college and sit in 2 other classes and walk back home for her first day done at college. 4 years later, She would be at a college class looking at her phone scrolling through her phone looking at photos of her and her mother. Then after that put her headphones in listening to a song by Eminem called Stan ft. Dido but listening through one headphone she would still listen to the teacher telling them about nursing and things about Biology too. walking home again she would see a poster saying If you need a job of nursing come to hospital or ring +08 (030)-5462-8932 she would take it and walk home again. She would get into the house and run to her room and start to ring the number and after a moment it would answer and she would say over the phone. CombatRP and DetailRP are 2 of my favorite Roleplay scenarios, being able to detail each motion you do, and each swing is what BMD is filled with and BMD is a whole different part of GangRP that I have never been involved in, My character can also be what he wants to be, and do what he wants to do while being a BMD. Kermit the frog also known as "Kermit" jumped out of a building a few years ago. Reports states that he jumped while yelling "GREEN LIVES MATTER!" Until then, the Seoul citizens started rioting against the government in the hopes of breaking it down. They formed a group called "KERMITLAZIA". Protesters often wear green caps and green bandanas, some even have painted their hair to green. Most of the rioters went around at police barricades and threw kermit plushies at them. There are numerous officers wounded by the flying kermit plushies. The police responded with Kirby-plushie launchers. Chief states that he and all his comrades were also in a desperate situation because of the loss of Kermit.. We will never forget you, Kermit the frog. You'll always have a place in our hearts..

DAISUKE YAMAKAGE SAGONG HUNLUAN This document is to be taken ICLY, as if written by Daisuke Yamakage Sagong Hunluan, played by Intrcweb on Seoul Roleplay. I found myself sitting in front of him, all my items on the table - Including my phone. The guilt inside me was terrible, if he’s not mentioning it I will. I try lying, because I know there’s more than just us two. I ask him to check the other room, I was a cadet myself I would know how large the urge of actually listening in on a private interrogation is. Worse, an interrogation off the records. The urge to shout at him grows. I didn’t know of the consequences that I put myself in by giving the male a simple phone call. I just wanted his kids to know why he won’t be home, ever again. I just wanted them to be aware that the 3rd plate isn’t needed- and won’t ever be. My intention was never to let him out, sure he’s my friend and he has been for a very long time now- but I’d never let him out. I read his file. I saw what he sat in for and what proof was against him. I’d never sit in a cell with someone like that if it was someone I didn’t know. I searched him before entering, and I made sure he was far away from the door. When I had given him the call earlier in the day- I never assumed it’d be his way of getting another officer killed. Our call never included any information on Korean that he could’ve used to tell his son something regarding the Cadet that was killed, Mayomi. The second he opened his mouth and began speaking in another language I hung up- Glaring at him with more of a death stare. I was under a pressure of guilt and not to mention force, I’d be lying if I say he didn’t intimidate me, I’ve known him for years. He knows exactly where to poke me to make me give in. My intention was never to get another police officer killed. I never planned for that to happen. I had the males’ son's spirit in my mind, informing him that his father was sentenced for life is all I wanted to manage by that call. My actions from that day are nothing but punishable. Ever since I even slid my hand to my pocket and reached for my phone, I’ve had a nagging urge of knowing I did something wrong. Being told by the man whom I’ve looked up to my whole career- that what I did caused someone’s death. . It was unreal. Maybe being a police officer isn’t right for me. Sure, it fits what I want to be able to do but I have a shit ton of training, not to mention rehabilitation to go through before I even think of making it to tryouts for selection. Being a police officer comes with more responsibilities and rules than any handbook I’ve ever had to learn by hand. I don’t think I’m physically, nor mentally ready to take any of that on. I told my mentor that if this is the day I get fired then let's make it a common decision - because I have been working on my resignation of my badge ever since that call was even dialed for. If I was him I’d fire myself too, and even possibly detain me because what I did wasn’t human. It was selfish and reckless. I made a judgment on a situation completely based on my own past, without thinking about the consequences. He asked me if I was aware of what I had done. I was honest with him for once, came clean and said I had no god damn clue what the severity of that call actually was. Right after I told him I struggled to see ahead of the moment, he told me I allowed another officer to be shot, along with the officer’s daughter. I am the reason why two daughters are left without a mother, due to my emotions, and my failure to see along the lines. I had no clue that allowing someone to know that their father wouldn’t come back home would lead to two daughters receiving the exact same message, but to a heavier degree. I didn’t know that my actions and lack of judgment in the situation where I gave the inmate one call, would lead to another officer's death. I couldn’t have possibly known, I had the son’s best intention in my mind when making the call that I made. I had no clue it’d lead to Officer Mayumi ending up dead. . I regret all my actions, and as I told Yujun up front- I don’t want my badge back in the near future. I want to be able to repitch my life and actually be able to leave my emotions behind. Being a police officer is the perfect fit for me and my aspirations, because it will not only allow me to expand my knowledge within the community, but it allows me to fight crime in Seoul, providing my services to make it a more safe space. It is no lie that the crime rates have flown through the sky during the past few weeks, and losing an officer of our own is an immediate sign of that. We already knew that criminality was a massive issue, but losing one of our own did it for me. Not only did losing officer Nakuzao Ezuno make me mentally unstable, but it made me scared of my own and the rest of my co-worker’s lives. I didn’t know how to deal with the fear I felt for my own life, because I had no clue how to not seem reckless over it. I want to give proper justice upon not only Nakuzao’s life, but also upon everyone else living and dead due to unnecessary crime. The reason why I want to be able to wear my badge proudly is to serve the people around me correctly, and seeing the ones guilty of a crime behind the bars locked away from society where they belong. Being a police officer was never in my plans, I always thought I’d end up with my brother in the EMS. However, by changing up my life by the tiniest of detail, I realized I don’t want to focus on saving lives by using health care, I want to save lives by getting rid of what caused the damage in the first place. Being a police officer is in a brand new field for me, and it comes with a lot of responsibilities that I have no clue if I was ready to take on, but I have grown and matured a lot over the past week, and I strongly believe that I’ve began understanding the rules and the situations that occur around us. I’m going to get a bit more personal- and share some of my backstory that a few of you already know, but most of you don’t. My sister died, the same way that officer Nakuzao died. She was kidnapped back in Japan, and when we lost her for good, we were sent photos of her body. It left us all traumatized, and I knew that the focus I had in my mind ever since that moment was to bring justice upon everyone else who has lost someone that way, and not to mention justice upon everyone who is afraid of losing someone that way. Bringing justice doesn’t just mean walking up to them and telling them to stop. That isn’t going to work. I decided, having the ability to cuff them and take them away from society forever, upon ever, for their guilt and non-sense. It could lead to me being able to actually make a difference. I admit that when I first got my job- I probably made my police commander, Jeong, rather annoyed at me during the first few minutes of our conversation. Although we laugh at it now, I splashed sewer water over him and blamed it on the coldness. All honesty- I was pissed off at that current moment, because I was told to clear the sewers. I had to get my knees and everything below that in the water - and then walk around in it. I was pissed off at him, and it made me want to throw my badge at him and run away crying. I manned myself up, and realized that being a police officer includes taking shit like that without a single complaint, because what if someone was dying out there? If I refused I wouldn’t have been able to search it and make sure no one was dying. I still remember crying to Nakuzao about it, as it was the first thing I did when I got back to the station. Nakuzao never liked physical touch but he’s– he was - one of the few who actually seemed to give a shit about my mental health. He knew that being a cop is never going to get any easier, and made me understand I wasn’t alone. Reality, I miss him. A lot. And I will serve my justice in his memory for the rest of my life. They are allowed to order anything from shirts, trousers, dresses and full outfits. The prices will change depending on what they are ordering as well as how detailed it will be. The prices will be set by me however it will have a range such as one whole outfit will cost around 20k-40k (This is not final this is for an example), then the tailor that will serve the customer will choose the final price that they think fits depending on their skills and how long it will take. Once a customer has ordered an outfit they will get a book with their order number, name, the phone number of the tailor as well as the price. They will take this when they are notified oocly through discord they will be able to come back to the store and the tailor will collect the payment and give them the outfit icly as well as oocly. The second part of the store will be for accessories. This will be good for people who may already have an outfit or are planning on getting one. While they are waiting for their turn to meet the tailor or they want to get something that will match their order, they can choose from a range of different things. The type of accessories can be anything such as glasses, earrings, and more. Players will also be able to sell their customers as long as it's an accessory. They will be able to make a profit by letting the store sell their custom. The next role will be the manager of the accessories. This role will be in charge of making sure that all the accessories are restocked and alert me if there is a problem within this side of the business. They will collect all the money that will go back into the business and give me it so I can manage the money and give out the payments to the employees. They will also be in charge of anyone who is wanting to add their custom to the store. They will have the ability to accept or deny their request. Once they accept one they will have to discuss with me in a business meeting that will be out of work hours. This rank will be someone who is trusted and has been working with the company for a long time. This will not come into the store just yet as it will just be new. I will bring this later on when I get things running smoothly. The payment that this person will get will be 50 percent of what is leftover from the tailors and cashiers. The other 50 percent of this money will go to me so I can still make a living within the server. The third role down will be the tailors. This rank can be applied by anyone who is on the server. I will have 3 tailors. I possibly might bring more tailors if we end up being busy and popular. This age of the character will not matter since its mostly based on their skills oocly with skin making. They will all have equal time of shifts and will be able to take as many orders as they would like. They are allowed to keep 80 percent of any order they complete. The other 20 percent will go towards the store and expanding it throughout time. The last role will be the cashiers of the accessories. They will stand at the cash registers serving the customers buying the accessories. They will get to keep 30 percent of the profits from the accessories they have sold. These employees will also be able to obtain by anyone within the server. They will need to be also interviewed icly and fill out a form oocly. The last thing that I will take into considerations is that when someone is employed they will have to follow the rules of the store: 1. Be respectful to all customers at all times. 2. Listen to your higher-ups. 3. No homophobia, racism, sexism, and any other discrimination even if it's just a joke. 4. Must be an active member of staff. 5. Do not talk badly about the company. 6.
