  1. Biography -=+=- Name: Kaison Hargrove Age: 18 Height: 5’10 Appearance: A blonde male with light blue eyes. He would have a more athletic build to him and would have a very faint scent of cologne to him. He would be wearing jeans and a black hoodie. He would have two piercings on both of his ears but they would only be truly noticeable in the light or up close. Currently only have the base, once the fit is done I will put that in replacement Backstory: Early Childhood (Ages 1 - 7) Kaison was born January 27th in Aspen, Colorado, located in the United States of America. He was the youngest of three siblings, his brother Dawson and his other brother Elias. His parents were a young couple at time, only in their mid 20s with 3 kids under the age of three, Kaison didn’t have much interest growing up except spending time with his family. His father was the head coach for the Football team at the local high school while his mother was a physical therapist at the same school. Often times his father brought the three to work with him if he was allowed to which gave them insight on the sport itself. Kaison always looked up to his brothers and his father, one day on Kaison’s 5th birthday his father had surprised him with a Football and a football net and decided to set it up outside for him as Kaison enjoyed what his father did. By the time he was 7 years old he had already learned a decent amount about football. Late Childhood (Ages 8 - 12) During this time Kaison was still a active member in playing football for fun, attending football games with his family, and watching his brothers play on local teams. Though at this time he was more focused on school, he was an above average student for his classes during this time, which he knew it would be necessary for what he possibly wanted to end up doing with his time. One day while he was at home his brothers coach showed up at his house, wondering what was happening the coach and his father and mother sat him down to discuss possibly joining his brothers at the age of 9 on the local team, they allowed him to think about it and after a few days went by he agreed to do it. Right before his 10th birthday was his big game with his brothers for the last time due to the fact they were getting too old to be on the team, they won the game and that was the final time for now that he played with his family, but he wasn’t going to let that stop him. He was still doing good in school and had become a good athlete during that time frame, he finally reach 12 years old it was his final game on his own too, he had his whole family on the sidelines watching his game. They had lost by one point during this time, he was sad but he kept going. Teenage Years (Ages 13 - 18) During this time, he had quit the team due to his age and his brothers had just started high school but he wasn’t quite there yet. He didn’t do much during this time frame and debated on what he wanted to do, he kept his grades up and not doing much, until one day when he became a freshman that he was offered to once again join his brothers on the high school football team, he agreed and tried out. That only last for three years until something went wrong in his family, his father and mother had gotten a divorce and both of them could not take care of the three, they had the choice to stay together or move on their own, Kaison decided to break away and go somewhere else which is where he ended up in a little town off the coast of Italy. So he agreed, not talking much anymore to his siblings but before he left and they went off to college, he agreed to make them happy and decided to follow in his brothers footsteps like they once were in High School. (WIP, might update backstory in the future) Relationships: Family: Elizabeth Rose - Biological Mother (Alive) “Thank you.” Robert Hargrove - Biological Father (Alive) Dawson Hargrove - Biological Brother (Alive) “You were strange with how you treated people.” Elias Hargrove - Biological Brother (Alive) “You were also strange with how you treated people.” Will add more later Friends: Adding more as time goes on
  2. This is my take as someone who was in both DelinquentRP and GangRP at different times, its actually a better type of 'crimeRP' in my opinion though most likely would not return to such a thing due to having another role on the server but it still is good but you need to be active and not just vanish for a while at a time while also having a good understanding of all the rules and how to properly roleplay, joke or not this is my take but won't be rude about it either.
  3. OOC section: IGN: ZaneGhost Discord [ex. Habilitation]: rebelzane (Zane) Time zone: EST Any previous bans/warns? I have no previous bans or warns Describe your current level of activity on the server: I plan on being very active when the server releases, and I am also very active within the Discord community itself. Activity means being part of a community, and activity, as I am aware, is very important with anything you apply for on a roleplay server. I am also normally free very often; basically, any day of the week I am free unless I am out doing something else with my family, which is rare besides cleaning or cooking, but I am normally free. Do you have access to a microphone? Yes, I do have access to a working microphone Do you have any previous experience with police work? Yes, even though my experience comes from somewhere else, I was once part of the police force on another server but have since left that community. I also have experience OOCly regarding the aspect of doing my own detective work in the future, along with attending college for criminal justice sometime in the future. I also grew up looking at police officers and actually wanting to be in law enforcement, along with my dad also being in the military and much of my family. I have a fairly good understanding of it all. I am aware it does take place in Europe and is more European-based, but the aspects I know the best are American and some European aspects, but I am fully aware this is more fictional. I will be listing what I know; I am fully aware this won't be exact on the server either, but a good amount will be. I will also be listing things on the server that I am aware of. Let's first start with what I know out-of-game. The typical police department consists of a regular police officer, a police detective, a police sergeant, a police lieutenant, a police captain, a police commander, a police deputy chief, and a police chief. These rankings are only really seen in the United States and not much in Europe, if I am not mistaken. Now that we have the different police roles out-of-game, what are the different roles of these ranks? Police officers have many different types of roles, such as responding to an accident, interviewing witnesses, filing crime reports, and controlling traffic in case of an incident, the road is shut down due to an event, or the traffic light may not be working. This is not all of them, and there are many more roles for the regular police officer. Police detectives are given special tasks, such as criminal investigation, but there are multiple types of ranks for police detectives, which are normally seen in the number of stars or stripes on one’s uniform. For example, a police chief is characterized by four stars on their uniform in some police departments. Police sergeants are typically out-of-game; they patrol around; unlike the police chief, they are given harder and more complex tasks when the individual has obtained Seregant II; that is only some of their duties. Police Lieutenants are typically the “officer in charge” during a few different things, such as patrols and more; this is only some of what they do. Police captain roles consist of juvenile cases, robbery, etc. The police captain uniform again shows the rank of this, with different stripes in the United States, but again, each level has a higher ranking and more complex tasks to complete. The police commander has multiple roles, such as being the commanding officer for juvenile cases, training, etc. That is not all the roles in this ranking, either. Police Deputy Chiefs are responding to the Chief of Police. For example, if they get assigned a patrol unit, they would be the officer overseeing the patrol unit, which is only some of their duties. The Chief of Police is the highest-ranking officer; they are considered the ‘general manager’ of the entire department. They are also responsible for planning and ensuring the entire department is operating smoothly. -={+}=- Let's now move onto the server aspect of what I know about police. Let's first start with the rankings of the department for the server in order from highest ranking to lowest ranking, along with each definition of each ranking. Some of the meanings could be wrong, as I am trying to remember what I remember along with adding what most likely the police department will have. Commissioner: The commissioner is the highest rank within the police force; they are in charge of the entire faction, and they are also to review applications. They can perform any duty they may wish. Outside of the game, they are typically a member of the Board. Deputy Commissioner: They are normally the head out of game of a certain district or unit. They may also help review applications alongside the commissioner. Assistant Commissioner: This is the 3rd rank of the Police Department for the server. They have similar roles to the deputy commissioner and the commissioner, but they are more supportive; they may help with the applications along with the deputy commissioner and commissioner. Commander: They are more of a supporting role; they are there to work with special units and more. They may also train the members, if possible. They might also be part of applications as well. Chief Superintendent: They typically are in charge of multiple geological areas and their own units. They might also train cadets and such. They are the head of the department for the superintendent. Superintendent: They are normally in charge of crime reports, among other things. They might also train if requested to, and possibly assist in applications as well. Chief Inspector: They could possibly inspect facilities; they might also coordinate with other emergency services, such as EMS or firefighters. This is the head of the department for inspectors. Inspector: They might manage and coordinate the operations of a police department every day. They might also be asked to train. Sergeant: They could be in charge of the K-9 Unit or the special forces; they also may be a trainer for the cadets and assist the other ranks in multiple other things. Constable: They could possibly, in a court of law, protect the individuals inside the court. They could also seize property from someone if caught doing illegal things with or inside the building. They might also do training for the cadets. Cadets: This is the lowest rank in the department; they are the individuals that have just been accepted into the department via applications. They might be required to take the cadet test, which is both physical and/or written. If they pass it, it would mean they get promoted, but of course it might not apply here either. There is many more things within the police department such as utility items most likely such as handcuffs, tasers, batons, etc and many more things possibly such as radios which I am unaware will be apart of it but most likely will be a itemRP thing, but this is just what I know off the base. This is most of my experience with police; growing up in a military family, being apart of the police force on another server, and going to college soon for Criminal Justice out-of-game determines that I see myself fit for this role. There also most likely is 'formations' when in a certain situation like most police forces I have seen, as well as certain protocols to follow when searching someone, dealing with inmates, arresting someone, etc. There is also roleplaying with inmates possibly too within this, and that is just some of it, any type of roleplay involving police is much more in depth and this is just scratching surface. Do you have any experience with CombatRP? Yes, I do. As I’ve said before, I have been a police officer on another server, which did require me to have knowledge of CombatRP. I also have been apart of a gang on another server and am very good at detailRP if needed, along with knowledge of all the rules for the server, which I have read over all of them, including combat rules. I have been apart of CombatRP for a good couple of years, but I have since taken a break from that type of roleplay. I have taken part in it recently before quitting that type of thing on a completely different server. I also plan on possibly returning to such a thing if accepted, and if not accepted, I still plan on returning in a non-criminal activity type of way. What motivates you to apply for HPD? I have always loved law enforcement, such as police, military, etc. The liking for it has also fueled my chance of going to college in the future for criminal justice, which has also fueled my application to join the HPD. Since I was a child, I always looked up to the police officers in my town, and my family being in the military also caused my liking for it. I also feel I am ready to join this police department, possibly using the knowledge I have gained over time, both in Minecraft and out-of-game. This is the start of something new after being away from roleplay for a good three to four months and having discovered myself, and this was on the list for that. I cannot attend college just yet until hopefully at the end of this year, but it is still not confirmed. I can also contribute a lot of time to the police force if I am accepted for a decent amount of time. Another part of the reasoning is that I have always liked being involved in teamwork with others along with being interested in this type of roleplay. Just a simple roleplay where nothing really happens is not the type of thing I like, I like when there's actual meaning behind it and something always interesting happening which the HPD checks that off the list for myself. IC information: Character name: Elio Rossi Character Age: 30 Nationality: Italian Preferred pronouns: He/Him What motivates your character to join the force? He grew up in a family of judges and law enforcement officers; he looked up to these people. His mother was a judge, and his uncle was a police officer. He decided he was going to become either a judge or a police officer at the age of 12, but he decided at the age of 18 he was actually going to become a police officer when he entered college at that age for criminal justice. He put a lot of time and effort into his career for it to happen like his uncle did. He knew it would take a lot of time, but he wanted to follow in his family's footsteps. He also wanted to return to the police force after being wrongly accused by someone in high school and getting wrongly fired. He was offered his job back, but he decided to go to the island where the station is located to feel like he is home a bit again, not in a big city, and where he could live a normal life without people from high school while also keeping what he enjoyed, which is serving and protecting. Is your character familiar with self-defense? He took a self-defense class right before he turned 18 and before he attended college, not for the force but in order to protect himself as he knew he would be leaving him for the first time and living on his own for many, many years. He learned the basics of self-defense, such as watching your surroundings, which his father and his mother had already taught him prior, along with attempting to maintain a distance from the person attacking you, and understood it was very important to protect yourself and the community from a few years on the force in Milan. Another thing he learned was how to operate a weapon before use, which in this case would be a baton or a taser, and among other things, he also learned how to use something to disengage movement in order to help himself. That is only some of what I know. How well does your character work with others? He works fairly well with others, which is something he learned from both being a hall monitor and being on his high school football team. He learned you have to rely on multiple other people for this type of thing, along with being part of the police force in Milan. He knows you need some friendship and trust for something like this to work; he also puts trust in others in his work, like he was taught to do. He is also a very friendly individual, but he understands when to be friendly and when to be professional. Is your character independent or a team player? He is a mixture of both an independent and a team player, but he is more of a team player. He learned his independent side from being a hall monitor but learned his team player side from being on the football team in high school and along with working in the Milan police force. He has learned over time that for teamwork, you need to have trust in each other and sometimes a bit of a friendship, but that is not normally the case. If you do not have trust in each other, teamwork will not work. He is also aware that you might also need friendship for teamwork to work, but it depends on the type of work. What makes your character unique? He is a fairly unique individual; he normally wears gloves when off duty to cover up a scar over his right hand that he has had since he was about 4 years old. He also has another scar across his left cheek on his face under his eye; it is small and can only really be seen unless it is not covered or very close to his face directly in front of him. He stands about 6'1". He wears a long coat over a t-shirt when off duty, paired with jeans. He would have dark brown hair that was almost black and more tan skin with brown eyes. While on duty, he would not be wearing his gloves unless authorized; his clothing both on and off duty would be neat and not have a single wrinkle or stain on them. When on duty, he would always be wearing his badge along with his radio and uniform. He had a nice personality, but he understood he had to be strict when on duty but less strict when off duty. He has a bit of a laid-back personality along with a strict one as well; he speaks in a very calm manner that isn’t intimidating; the only time he would ever be intimidating is when dealing with a suspect, if it was required to be. Other than that, he isn’t normally; he has a decently deep but calming voice; he normally talks in a formal manner when addressing his co-workers, criminals, or strangers; but when addressing his friends or family, he is not formal with them. You can only determine him off duty if either you are up close and see his scar on his face or doesn't have his gloves on. Backstory [100+ words] Early Age (Ages 1 - 7 years old) Elio was born in Pacentro, Abruzzo, Italy. He was born on January 19th, 1994. His mother was involved in the law of court as a judge in the town of Pacentro, while his father was just a toolsmith, something that had been slowly falling out of style and almost was completely non-existent, but he was the only smith of the town back then. They lived in a small town with a population of 1,190 people at the time. The house they lived in was small and stone, like most of the houses in this town were. The scenery was beautiful, where there were mountains on each side of the town, and the town itself sits on a mountain, with one of the mountains covered in snow normally in the winter. The summer was slightly warm, with the highest temperature normally being in July at 83°F (31.1°C) and the lowest being 55°F (12.22°C). During the summer months, it was relatively the same temperature, never really going above 90 degrees. There was sometimes rain in these months, but not often, sadly, due to the location, but when it did get rain, everyone was happy. In the winter months, it never really got very warm; typically, the high in the dead of winter was 49°F (9.4°C), and the lowest was typically 27°F (-2.8°C). This counted for all months. Elios was a very happy child growing up; he always loved being around his family, though not many kids lived here at the time except a very few that he met at the school house. One thing he was always excited for was for his mother to return home and tell him about the day she had while he hung around and played with his toys while his dad was in the basement working on his tools. He lived a very happy childhood. Middle-Childhood (Ages 8 - 12 years old) At this age, Elio had grown up a decent amount, still living in the small town. One day, his mother returned home from the courthouse after a meeting and told both Elio and his father to sit down at the kitchen table. Elio looked worried as he was unaware of what was about to be said, looking at his father with a concerned look, mouthing words neither his father nor mother could understand as he looked between the two. His mother finally told the two that within this time they were moving her to a bigger city for a high-profile case in Milan, Italy. At first, he was wondering if it was going to be a temporary move to the city, but she later informed him they were having to fully move because, after this high-profile case, they wanted her to live full time and work for the court system there, so she agreed. One week went by, and their moving day was here. They had packed up everything they needed and threw out some stuff they did not need anymore or use anymore. After loading up the car, they set off about 6 hours to Milan from their little town. Elio wasn’t sure what to think, but then he was reminded he would be able to see his uncle, who was on the police force in Milan. That got him to look forward to getting to Milan. After about 6 hours, they finally got to their new house, which was a decently sized apartment that had a decently sized kitchen with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They unpacked everything, which only took a total of three days. The apartment already had furniture that was done by the government of the city. His mother finally started the high-profile case at the age of 11, and his father stayed home during this time to help Elio get used to this new way of life while also getting used to the city himself but pushing it aside for his son. While his mother was working on the case, they had a surprise visit from his uncle Lorenzo, who had a bit of time off approved to see his family in their new apartment. Elio ran up to him, hugging Lorenzo. As he watched his uncle for about a year, he decided he either wanted to do something like his mother or uncle. Teenage Years (Ages 13 - 17) This was an interesting time for Elio; he just entered as a teenager. He just started high school, and for the first couple of months, he wondered where he belonged in school. He didn’t have any special skills besides enjoying exercise like running and going to the gym. He thought he would never fit in until one day he was approached by the principle, who heard of what his family does due to knowing his father and that he was highly interested in the field like his uncle and mother were doing. He offered him a position for ensuring the safety of the students, which was called hall monitor. He told his principle he would think about it over night, which he did, and when the next day came, it was time for him to give the principle an answer, so he walked into his office and told him he would be accepting the position within his school. Though it was just a year-long thing to happen, he was happy to do it. Elio was happy with himself; after a year, he was no longer the hall monitor, and it was given to a new person. While he was hanging around some of his friends, one of his friends approached him, telling him he wanted him to join the football team. At first, he thought it was a joke, but when someone who never jokes approached him and asked him about it, he again said he would give it a thought for a few nights. A few nights passed, and he agreed to it. He tried out and successfully made it onto the football team, where he remained until graduation at the age of 17 years old. He never thought he would be graduating school in a place that was not a school house but an actual school. He was happy to finally have graduated and still be friends with the people he had met on the football team. After graduation, he went to celebrate with his family, and the next day he went with his friends. His family had asked him what to do next, and without a thought, he also decided right before college that he was going to learn self-defense, as it would be helpful when he was on his own at college. He declared he was going to go to college at the age of 18 to study criminal justice at a local college in the city. Early Adulthood (Ages 18 - 24) A few weeks after he turned 18, he decided to finally apply using a scholarship that he qualified for from high school to attempt to get his degree. While he awaited a response, he decided to get a job at a local grocery store. While on break, he decided to see if he got anything from the school in the mail, expecting his parents to say no, but to his surprise, it was a yes. Once his shift was over, he quickly went back home to see if he was either accepted or denied, with his uncle, his mom, and his dad sitting around him. He quickly read over the letter, and at the very end, he saw the letter saying accepted. He was extremely happy as his family celebrated with him. A few more weeks went by, and it was time for him to move into the dorms at the school. He packed everything up—all his belongings and what he needed to survive—and got into his car after saying goodbye to his family. Though he was only moving about an hour away due to their job, they weren’t able to always visit unless they got lucky. Once at the dorms, he checked in and met his roommate, a young man named John who was from America and wanted to come to Milan to attend college. Though he had a completely different degree than Elio, he was happy to meet someone different from what he was used to. It was the same everyday routine that lasted 4 years: get up, run to the gym, work out at the gym, get breakfast while out, return back to the dorm, get ready for classes, then get lunch, then come back and do whatever else he wanted to do during the evening hours. It was the same thing at that time, but he knew in the end it would be worth it. Finally, his college graduation date arrived at the age of 22. He was unsure if his uncle, mom, and dad would be able to make it to his graduation due to their work, but to his surprise, he saw all three of them in the crowd. After giving his acceptance speech, he went down to them, where they gave him all a hug. After a year away from school, he decided it was time to apply to the police academy at the age of 23. The police academy lasted for about six weeks. He succeeded in all his physical and knowledge tests, and he finally graduated and became an actual police officer at the end. He was moved at the age of 24 to an outside station in Milan, which was only 30 minutes away from his parents. He had rented his own one-bedroom apartment during this time. Late Adulthood (Ages 25 - 30) This time of Elio’s life was full of work and joy. He finally became something he wanted to be after settling into the type of job he actually wanted. He enjoyed what he did until something happened within the police force that changed everything. He was told he was getting laid off but was never given a reason. He is aware he never broke a rule ever within the police force and followed all the laws, so he wondered what had happened, so he decided to ask his uncle and his mother if they knew anything. They agreed to do some digging on their own with the permission of their bosses, and they discovered someone had reported Elio’s for breaking a law as an officer. He was shocked but still wasn't sure where this even came from, until they gave him a name a few days later, and he recognized the name, which happened to be someone who disliked him in high school for getting hall monitor over her. They looked deeper into this and discovered the evidence had been edited somehow, until he realized she most likely had access to it. Once he got his hands on the unedited video, they saw what actually happened, and they apologized to him and offered his job back, but he declined. He decided to look for a new place to go and get out of the city until he found a small island off the coast of Italy. He did more research on it and discovered it is a smaller town than what he is used to. He decided at the age of 29 he was going to move here, so he bought a place, packed everything up, and took a flight there. Once he got off the plane, he enjoyed how it was there and decided it was a good fit for him. He also later discovered there was a police station and thought someday he may be able to continue on without any problems here at this station. Level of education [Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc.] Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Scenarios: If charged by an armed delinquent, how should you react? If I were to be charged by a delinquent who was armed, I would first attempt to pull my taser and, in order to stun, if I was not capable of that, I would try to defend myself physically by attempting to get behind the individual in order to disengage them myself without harming them or myself in the process. If I were able to defend myself physically, I would try to call for help from the other officers nearby via a distress signal, and if I had no other safety measures for myself, such as my taser being down or my baton not in reach, if something like that were to happen, If I manage to successfully call for help, I will continue to defend myself and keep a safe distance from myself if I am not able to use any other of my defensive tools. I would only try to use safe measures to not hurt the suspect more than an officer could. While you are at the station, another officer sends out a distress signal. What do you do? There are multiple ways this could go; I could either be the only one in the station or I could be multiple. If there were multiple officers, I would first alert the commanding officer of this within at most 5 minutes. Once that is handled and I am ordered to head out, I will follow what the commanding officer of that day wishes for me and the other officers to do. If it were just me at the time, I would first alert someone via discord if the police discord does have a special channel for officers to get online. Once that is completed, I would grab all my needed equipment and safety gear and wait for the others to arrive to assist. You are surrounded by several armed individuals; how do you react? I would first take out my baton and keep myself protected by putting myself against a wall to ensure no one could sneak up behind me. Once I do that, I will look for an opening to attempt to press the distress signal in order to request help along with a possible avenue of escape in case something goes wrong while awaiting help. If I succeed in that, I will attempt to either stall for my safety or attempt to escape possibly. Once help has arrived, I will take out my taser in case any one of them attempts to run. You believe a higher up officer is abusing their power, what do you do? I would firstly inform the commissioner of this problem, lets say for example they request for me to get evidence, no matter if the evidence is recordings, CCTV, etc. I would follow through with what ever they tell me, if the commissioner was to inform me that they were going to do the investigation themselves and for me not to get evidence I would follow orders from them. No matter the outcome I would still tell the commissioner of it.
  4. OOC Minecraft IGN: GhostlyZane Discord: rebelzane (Zane) Past warnings/kicks/bans: I have no past warnings, kicks, or bans. Time zone: EST List any other accounts and/or roles on the server: GhostlyZane - Main ZaneGhost - Alt RP Name: Kaison Hargrove The official name of your club: Host Club Link to your Discord Server (set it on never expiring): https://discord.gg/xpaQFHYxsf What is your motivation to create your club? I have been considering applying for a club for a while but I never saw a good fit for me, even somewhere else up until I came across this server that is not released yet. I thought to myself if I were to do this, what would even fit the character I plan on creating but also give me something new to experience. That's when I thought of this club I am applying for. It gives a sense of something new that I have never done before which will also give me a entire new aspect of roleplay which I have never seen before or rarely seen I should say.I have had a lot of other roles but never this. I wish to expand it and I feel like it would be quite fun to run this type of thing. It also would make sense for the character. I wish to bring this aspect to the server but much more tamer and as far as I am aware, this has yet to exist on HimeraRP. I have been in clubs before but never actually ran a club which goes back to the point of trying something new for both the server and myself. Overtime, I have noticed decent feedback on this club and have seen several people interested in its activities. This has given me motivation to do my best! To try to give what the community wants which I am aware might be difficult and not everyone probably agrees with but again, it is something refreshing and exciting. Why should we select you to become a Club Head, as opposed to other applicants? I do have leadership, I have learned this skill from both in-game and out-of-game but I am aware that is not good enough either barely for a club, the idea of this club is quite unique I would say myself but again I am no better than anyone else applying because I have never done something like this before and I would be getting assistance from someone who I know has the skills to assist me in running it who is apart of the community as well, but for now I would run it on my own until I see if that person would like to assist me. I know it doesn’t look like much but I believe I have the capability in joining the ranks of Club Heads that currently exist. What events and activities will you host for your club? One of the events I was thinking a movie night located in the club room, anyone could join and sit and watch a movie with the members of the club, there would be popcorn if possible, certain foods, and just overall be a comfortable experience. The room lights would be turned off and there would be a free watch party online out of the game to count as the actual movie but to be taken ICly. Another event I was thinking maybe like a formal dinner with the members with the rest of the school, would be some comfort food along with any type of drinks they might want except any alcohol. Another event I was thinking to be members only is a trip to a sight out of school, though the server is not yet open which I am unsure of the type of sights it would have but we would choose one to go to for the night, I was also thinking a sleepover inside the school, but this one the members would be welcome to bring a plus one to attend, depending on the size it would be in the club room but if it was bigger size would be located somewhere else on school grounds, of course all of these would be done with permission from the heads of the school. Another idea was a bit of a festival organized by the club with permission from the heads to showcase what we are about and the type of people we are along with other clubs if possible. That is just some ideas. How would you decorate your club room, as the Club Head? I would decorate it more so warm and ‘homey’ rather than upper class and such, it would be much calmer feeling to it, we would have a few tables but mostly couches and chairs in the room that wouldn’t clash with the colours of the room. The idea was to give a feel of the walls being a bit of white/cream but if not possible would be changed, there would be mostly couches and chairs with tables set in-front of the couches but with the chairs just being lone standing, there would be a hangout area for everyone with a few TVs where they could roleplay out watching shows or movies as they wish, there would never be nothing for anyone to do if they wish to be in the club room itself. This is just a rough idea of the club itself below, I am aware it would not be exact because its minecraft but this is just the general colors and layouts if possible. The first photo will be the main area, to the sides would be identical rooms for the higher ups for anything they wish, but it wont be as large either, but again it just for the colors and layout a bit, not the size or detail. Why is your club a good fit for Gavatha Academy? Its unique I believe to this server, I have yet to see something like this on HimeraRP, but I know it can be subjective of what would be a good fit, I do believe it would be a good fit for it myself but again, not everyone will think the club is a good fit for Gavatha Academy but in my opinion I believe it is. The club is supposed to focus on the aspect of roleplay than anything else, it is meant to be a place for their characters to come and have fun and roleplay with the members of the club to what they wish, there will be some rules to the club. It is also meant to bring the members together OOCly as well a bit, but its also mostly to be for IC terms. The club itself is meant for if you can guess, want to hang out with the members, if someone were to get bored of everyday life they could come and hang out with the members or a specific member, as you can guess it would be similar to the anime but very much toned down to follow the rules of the server, there would be nothing 18+ that were to happen again to follow the rules of the server. The idea is to be similar of that but no ERP or anything would take place. That is just the base idea for it. The club is a toned down version to go by the guidelines of the server as well, which will be the rules in the part below this which will be listed. What rules or requirements do you look for in new members? We look for individuals that are passionate about this type of club, but also willing for a sense of community as well, I’ve seen this type of club before but has not existed here and normally they are male only, we will not be male only, we also would accept female characters too which is something different than what you normally see from this type of place. We also look for friendly people, we also do not deny people just based on how their character looks, once they fill out the application is when we move onto the IC part of the application of having a meeting with the head and co-head of the club to discuss everything ICly, some of the questions will be the same as what was seen in the application that we would ask ICly but also not the same, that is just for the generic part to know they are interested, once its past that and accepted we will go onto talking to them in person with the co-head. We also look for IC individuals that are willing to put in the effort to be apart of the community, an OOC aspect is record, if they have a history of a severe bans, that is when their chances would be lowered, but if its very minor like a minor warn or kick is when it wouldn’t really affect anything. That is only some of it. The rest of the rules will be posted in the discord itself. The amount of members we will have is a total of 10, with two assistants, along with one head and one co-head. I plan on having them apply once they agree to the rules and give the information needed if they are accepted I would DM them to set up a time for our characters to meet ICly for the IC portion of the application, they will not be denied based on the IC conversation, that is more so to get to know the character as a character themselves. Anything inside the discord will be taken OOCly and ICly will stay IC, the only part is the DM if accepted but that is to ensure the time will work correctly. The rules below is from the discord, this is just a rough idea of all the rules, its pretty basic rules, there are rules their character will have to follow to keep the club following server rules along with roleplay reasons. All of these rules applies to the members and the guests of the club. OOC: 1. No Toxicity to anyone in the community 2. Respect everyone 3. Keep drama out of the discord, take it to DMs 4. Follow all HimeraRP rules & guidelines IC: 1. No members are allowed to date the guests without informing the head & Co-Head 2. Must be respectful, stands for the guests and the members 3. We do not reject anyone based on looks or any of that matter. Applies to both members and guests 4. When attending an event all members and guests must be presentable 5. We do not ask for any money in return for being with or in the club 6. You must be active if you were to join our club as an official member. 7. We are a Multi-gender club, we don't reject based on that. 8. We do not reject any guests, unless it is against our rules, for example if they were banned from our club room for harassment or misconduct. 9. There will be no PDA or anything of that matter in this club, only is allowed if you have gained permission from the head and co-head and outside of the school 10. Any guest of ours is not meant to harass any of the members or guests, if caught doing so you will be not allowed into the club room, for your first offense for 2 days, for your second offense will be 2 weeks, your third offense of this will no longer be allowed into the club room on that character and will be reported to the school with evidence. This applies to both members and guests alike. 11. There is to be no unfair conduct in the club room, if caught smoking, drinking, with a mask, weapon, etc you will be escorted out and reported to the school with evidence. This applies to members and guests. 12. If you harass a member of ours or a guest in a more way of being overly flirty you will be asked to stop when the individual is uncomfortable, if you refuse you will be escorted out and not allowed inside the club room for 2 days, if it continues on after the ban has been lifted it will be 2 weeks, if you do it again you will no longer be allowed in the club room on the character and reported to the school with evidence. This applies to both members and guests. Anything else you would like to add? N/A
