I recently got accepted into the event team, cooking up various events for the server on my own free time. As of recent, I can say that I have been relatively active in the discord server, often appearing in the general chat. Before we get into all that nitty-gritty details, I've always had my eyes set on becoming a business owner / shopkeeper on many servers that offer the opportunity to do so - some may be harder to apply than others but hey, I enjoy writing up applications and I'd pretty much do anything; that's if I have the time, of course. Now, let's dive in. [PASSION] Though I have lots to come in my life moving forward, I've seen and worked in multiple retail stores - not only as a general worker but also as a store advisor as well as restaurants / cafes around my area (which didn't last very long, not my cup of tea). I view businesses as extensions of my imagination, not just as online organizations. Whether it's via supplying players with unique items, encouraging social contact within the player-base, or just improving the overall immersive experience for every customer, every business I hope to start offers a chance to have a beneficial influence to HRP. [ADORATION OF ACCESSORIES] It wouldn't be me if I wasn't glammed up. My love for accessories also plays a significant role in fueling my motivation to become a business owner. Accessories enhance the aesthetic appeal of every player's character; making every character distinctive and unique based on what accessory they choose to wear. Whether it's making one-of-a-kind accessory models, designing trendy skins, or acquiring rare items that would be exclusive to the store, owning a business would probably be an opportunity that I wouldn't pass on. [HIMERA'S ECONOMIC GROWTH?!] Keeping this short as this isn't something that is guaranteed, more like something I'm confident in. But see this as an extension to the passion part of this section - my passion for businesses and accessories combined fuels my 'entrepreneurial spirit' which would allow me to drive myself to build and expand my store to maximize profitability and success, mainly by frequently releasing new items, hold in-store events (hehe) and become one of the more 'popular' stores in Himera, but one could only dream, yes? These items can be auctioned off, but each player can only purchase 1 copy of each limited item at once (this could be set to change), making the items more profitable yet hard to get. From my experience in other servers and also as an employee to one of the player-run stores, they often become significantly less popular due to repetitive shop openings with the same items (this depends on the volume of openings the shopkeeper does, more openings, the more repetitive). Yes, Blush does plan to become one of the stores that lean towards the more active side, but they'd be more active in terms of events (my specialty ^_^). As for shop openings, they'd frequent during pre-festivals, change of seasons (if there is) and/or - whenever they feel like it. [VIP PROGRAM] A little hard to get but if you say pretty, please with a cherry on top; Blush's VIP program allows for loyal customers to have early access to new releases, a little sneak peek to new collections! However, they won't be able to purchase drops for Blush limiteds during showcases, make it fair for everyone, yes! [ARCADES?!] I imagine Blush to have 2 floors - bottom floor acting as the main sale area, counters - items up for display. As for the second floor, it'd be a little game area where players when earn points to redeem prizes. An example of a game: • BLUSH TILES! | A piano tiles spin-off. I'm not too sure about the server's economy but depending on that, players would pay the amount set per play for the game, then, they would be given a seat before rolling (If there is a rolling system) out of a 100. The amount they roll on is the number of points they win. [BLUSH PODCAST: TOTALLY BLUSHING!] Blush would double as a podcast show too! Cashiers play a big role in Blush, they act as attendants as well, providing customers with warm greetings and ensuring the customer pays the right amount before handing items over. These people would be selected through an icly interview as well as an oocly application, short and sweet of course. [GAMEMASTERS] 0/? Gamemasters are attendings at every game station! We plan to have about... 5 or 6 game stations and the gamemasters are in charge of keeping count of points and assisting customers on how the games work. [PRIZE COUNTER] 0/1 An attendant to hand out the prizes that customers have won based on their point count. They don't earn much but... we love them! Every now and then, Blush opens up submissions for players to showcase their ideas and design their very own accessory to be put up in the store. This is all an icly AND oocly process of course, allowing more interaction between players and employees. [BLUSH: A RUNWAY SHOWCASE] Blush hosts runway shows as a way to showcase their newest items! After the show, there would be displays showcasing their newest drops and ways to style them. Players would then vote for their favorite displays and earn mini prizes.
