DO YOU HAVE MICROPHONE ACCESS?
I do!
DO YOU HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH POLICE WORK?
Unfortunately, I do not. However, I'm more than willing to learn! I've always been in crime factions on other servers and being a part of a police faction is something I've always wanted to do!
DO YOU HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH COMBAT RP?
I have quite a bit of experience with combat RP. It's one of my favorite things to detail RP and I've spent a lot of my time in the roleplay community crime RPing and Combat RPing. I've been a part of large groups focusing on the topic in the past, so I am well versed.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO APPLY FOR HPD?
I've always wanted to be a part of police forces on other servers but with my involvement in gang RP, I've never been able to do so. Being a part of the faction would be an honor, as well as experiencing the other side of Gang RP and combat RP. It would be something I'd enjoy!

BACKSTORY [100+ WORDS]
Raised alongside his mother, Vanora Crombi, twin sister, Genavieve Crombie, and younger sister, Davina Crombie, Ciaran shouldered significant responsibilities from a young age. Observing his mother's struggles as a single parent balancing work and home life, Ciaran swiftly assumed the role of the man of the house, taking care of household chores and looking after his siblings while also attending school.
Despite his siblings enjoying a relatively carefree childhood, Ciaran dedicated himself to supporting his mother and ensuring the well-being of his family. However, familial dynamics shifted when Davina's father, Ciaran's half-sister, became less involved in their lives. Eventually, Vanora's career opportunity as a Botany professor in Japan led the family to relocate, introducing Ciaran to a new culture and language.
Initially, the transition to Japan was challenging for Ciaran, who struggled to adapt to the unfamiliar environment. However, with his mother's increased presence and a newfound sense of community, he gradually found his footing and forged meaningful friendships. Ciaran excelled academically and ventured into security jobs after completing high school.
However, tragedy struck when Vanora was killed, leaving Ciaran devastated and adrift. Overwhelmed by grief and anger, he withdrew from the world, immersing himself in alcoholism until his sisters intervened. Motivated to honor his mother's memory and make a positive impact, he pursued training at the police academy, ultimately beginning his career as a dedicated officer.

SCENARIOS:
IF CHARGED BY AN ARMED DELIQUENT, HOW SHOULD YOU REACT?
If charged by an armed delinquent, you should attempt to subdue the individual with equal force and bring them into custody for assault on an officer.
WHILE YOU ARE AT THE STATION, ANOTHER OFFICER SENDS OUT A DISTRESS SIGNAL. WHAT DO YOU DO?
Assuming that the location would be sent with a distress signal, you should gather up a few other cops if possible, and head to the scene to aid your co-worker.
YOU ARE SURROUNDED BY SEVERAL ARMED INDIVIDUALS, HOW DO YOU REACT?
You should prioritize your safety, first of all. The best course of action is to attempt to escape, and when you do so call for more officers. The possibility of surviving trying to take down several armed individuals might as well be zero, and using a gun should be a last resort- only used if citizens are at threat.
YOU BELIEVE A HIGHER-UP IS ABUSING THEIR POWER, WHAT DO YOU DO?
If a higher-up is abusing their power it should be reported to a member of authority above or equal to that person to deal with them. Making a scene or calling it out on your own as someone below the rank of the individual at hand would likely end poorly for the person doing so.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely, horrorabbit
