I'm fine with it as I know if I get into either the Staff Team, a Faction, or a Community Team that I can play on the server while its still in testing.

Describe your current level of activity on the server: As of now I do not have much activity on the server because I am not a beta tester. Once the release comes out however I plan to be as active as I possibly can trying to help people out and just have fun on the server. I am usually avalible for multiple hours per day around 4-6 in total which can be very useful. I will try to bring my playtime up on the server as much as I physically can rather or not if I get into the HPD department or not. Do you have access to a microphone? Yes! I do have access to a microphone and I am willing to take in voice chats whenever needed! Do you have any previous experience with police work? Sadly I do not have any previous experience with police work besides from real life which I know a decent bit about. I try to generally learn as much as I can in my free time and trying to help people learn as well. I will always take open opportunities to learn from watching the HPD and how we do things as a team and I will always try my best. On a different server however, I do have a low of experience with LawRP as I was in a Government-related faction which I know a lot about. I don't know if that would really be useful for Police Work but it has definitely helped me a lot in general. Do you have any experience with CombatRP? I do have a lot of experience in CombatRP and how different things work related to this topic. In my previous roleplay experience, I have mainly been in things related to GangRP and CombatRP which definitely taught me a lot about how do CombatRP and get out of certain situations. I always try my hardest to learn from different roleplay experiences that I get so I can hopefully be better in the future with dealing with situations. I have around 4-6 months of experience related to CombatRP which has deffinetely helped me a lot so I can learn to help other people with things related to CombatRP. What motivates you to apply for HPD? Currently, I do have a LOT of motivation for applying to join the HPD department I will list off a few reasons down below which have motivated me to apply. I have always been interested in roleplaying as a police officer but I never really got the open opportunity to. I have been looking at the HPD faction on HimeraRP for a while now learning that they participate in Drug Raids, Have access to guns, and much more which sounds really fun in my opinion. As of now, I do have multiple friends within the faction, I mean a LOT of them. I want to be able to meet new friends and try out different types of roleplay which I think the HPD will help with a lot furthering my experience and hopefully being able to get into other factions on HimeraRP in the future. Character name: Minjun von Moltke Masaru. Character age: 32. Nationality: German. Preferred pronouns: He/Him. What motivates your character to join the force? Minjun has always been interested in joining a type of police department his whole life which he never got the opportunity to or never saw the free time to try to.. Minjun has really watched over different types of crime his whole life and not being able to do much as most of the time they have weapons or try to attack him, He has only really been able to call different police departments depending on the location where he lived to ask if they were able to help with a situation. Minjun wants to be able to join the HPD to be able to further his experience in catching criminals, make himself more well known in the town, and help out others with anything they might need. Minjun hopes that he can accomplish these in the future so that he can hopefully stop criminals who try to cause harm in the town. Is your character familiar with self-defense? Yes! Minjun has been trained in different types of Self Defence his whole life even taking fighting classes when he was younger. Minjun still tries his hardest to this day to practice self defence with his family members or friends often teaching them self defence or practicing his skills in getting out of things which he finds very useful. Minjun has been involved in fights before which he has used self defence in often attacking the individual back to protect himself or just getting out of the fight in general. Minjun hopes that self defence can help him in the future with different things but he knows that it might not be able to help him if the target has more experience than him. How well does your character work with others? Minjun has always worked better with people as he finds it more sufficient than working by himself because he knows that patrolling by himself might not end so well.. Minjun always likes to bring up small talk to people and believes that if he is with people he can learn from them as the same time or ask them to help teach him about many different things. Minjun has never really liked being alone in his life yet sometimes he likes quiet. He always tries to make himself more well known by people so that he can hopefully work better with others in the future while doing various different things. Is your character independent or a team player? Minjun sees himself as more of a team player often trying to fit in with different people or help out with many different things in situations. Minjun often likes to hang out with people or be with people because he knows that anything could happen at any given time. Minjun wants to be more known as a team player other than only himself viewing himself as one which he thinks he can learn more about with more time around people or doing different events with the HPD or people around the town. Minjun wants to be able to talk to many different people or to start conversations to be able to know more about people which he thinks that this falls under the category of a team player as well. What makes your character unique? Minjun von Moltke Masaru, A stunning 5’10 male with brown hair and dark eyes, Minjun has a german accent as this is where he grew up. Minjun has always been seen as the “unique” type of person often bringing small talk all around his town where he currently lives in. Minjun likes to often take strolls around his town at night or in the day so he can get a better outlook on the town and know about the different hidden areas within that could be useful to him in the future. Minjun has always been interested in joining a police force which he knows that not everyone might want to but a lot of people do in his opinion. Minjun has seen different crime related things all around his town which he wanted to bring the crime rate down by catching various criminals within his town to ensure the safety of normal people. Minjun always seemed like the type of person to work better with people.. Which was true! Minjun always functioned better working with people so that he could ask questions or for assistance if needed. Minjun learned that it was quite easy to work by himself and with others while managing both, Minjun spent a lot of time with people so it was hard for him to transition to working by himself and with people at the same time but he eventually got used to it. Minjun liked to ask a lot of questions to people about medical issues, and much more which was why he loved to work with people and by himself studying. Minjun has pretty much worked with people his whole life.. not his birth however he was with his babysitter which he often did school work with while also learning. Minjun has always had different opinions on different people but he knows that people can change over time.. "Well, not a few individuals." but you know what I mean! Minjun does not have many plans for the future so far but he has some, Minjun wants to be able to further his studies in Psychiatry and medicine so that he can use it to his advantage in the future when dealing with various different situations, Minjun also wanted to further his knowledge about Karakura and the different things around it that make it unique. He wanted to be more well-known in the community while also doing his job at the same time and helping people with various different issues that they may have. Those were the main goals that Minjun had in mind besides trying to find someone he could spend time with. Minjun wants to help his friends around Karakura with different things that they may be focusing on such as studies, school work, and much more. Minjun wants to be able to help make his personality better which he things that becoming a psychiatrist would help with, helping various different people, and just talking to a lot of different people. Backstory [100+ words] Birth Year’s: Minjun was born in Berlin Germany on February 18th 1990 in a small hospital around his city. As soon as Minjun was born his parents saw him as unique or special, Minjun was always a curious child often roaming around his house looking at different things or just trying to do things that a normal child wouldn’t. Once Minjun grew older to an age where he could start doing things he often tried to help out around the house doing normal chores, trying to earn extra money for his parents, and a lot more. He never really got to spend time with his parents because they were always working and he was always with a babysitter. Minjun was a single child and didn’t really make many friends at school until he was older but he still tried to be positive and help others out. College: After Minjun grew up over the years eventually graduating high school with the highest grades that he could possibly get in all of his classes he felt, relaxed. Minjun wanted to try to do the same thing with college, passing all of his classes to try to at least hopefully get a good job in the future. Minjun studied in a few different things within college such as Behavioral Science, Communication, and much more which would lead to Minjun often studying a lot during school. Minjun often made a lot of friends in college helping them study about their classes while studying about his at the same time so that he could learn more! Minjun liked to sometimes make small talk with the professors or students at his college which led him to being the type of person he is today! Level of education [Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc.] PhD Scenarios: If charged by an armed delinquent, how should you react? If Minjun was charged by an armed deliquent who was blatently trying to attack Minjun he would firstly yell at the people around him if there were any to back away to ensure their safety, Minjun would then fire his taser at the individual before calling for backup to ensure no other individuals tried to come attack him while he was alone. Minjun would then drag the individual away from the other people taking the weapon out of their hands and taking their mask off so he could see their identity. Minjun would than figure out what to do from that point forward most likely arresting the individual. Minjun would have learned from that situation and what he could have done better which he knows that he will have to learn a lot about. While you are at the station, another officer sends out a distress signal. What do you do? If Minjun was at the HPD station while another officer sent out a distress signal I would immediately take as little time as humanly possible before rushing to the police car and buckling in. I would than wait for another officer to get in to ensure that I was safe before turning both the sirens and lights on before rushing out of the station looking for the officer, I would than keep driving until we located the officer that sent out the distress signal often leaving the car and going on foot to ensure we didn’t miss anywhere. I would than check if there was a last location from where the officer sent a distress signal and if there was I would immediately go over and try to help out in the situation. You are surrounded by several armed individuals; how do you react? If I was surrounded by several armed individuals while patrolling or at the station I would yell at them to leave the area or back up before unholstering my taser firing at them, if I was able to get out of them for a few seconds I would then radio for backup or press my distress signal so that other officers could arrive to the situation to be able to hopefully help me get away from the armed individuals, I would then taze the remaining individuals leaving them on the ground while disarming each one of them and asking my fellow officers what we should do next. If some of them managed to run off I would than chase them until I was able to taze them before arresting them and sending them off to jail. You believe a higher up officer is abusing their power, what do you do? If I believed or witnessed a higher-up officer abusing their power I would immediately try to collect evidence against them so I could report them to another higher-ranking officer or the commissioner himself. I would carefully watch over the higher-up officer abusing their power and writing down everything that they did so I could use it against them to hopefully clear out any corruption from the HPD in general. Doing this would most likely lead to the higher-up being removed if I collected enough evidence or them getting arrested. It would ensure that every town individual was treated fairly without any corruption or abuse of power at all.
