As of right now my activity is very bare due to the server not being online and out yet; additionally I have taken the opportunity to surround myself within the community and talk within the discords to educate myself and make new friends for when the server releases.
I have recently been opening up to a lot of freetime due to getting out of school etc therefore I want to keep myself busy with this role. If i was to be inactive which I highly doubt would be longer than a few hours or a day to a maximum and I will notify the correct persona if i was to fall under inactivity for a little while.

What Is Your Motivation Behind Applying For This Faction?
My primary motivation in wanting to create a shop within the server is to bring a new experience and develop my leadership and overall roleplay skills. With most shops I see, I notice the trend of simply selling items without any real onset, meaning, or connection to their customers, however I want to stray from this and bring a new and fresh roleplay experience with my shop, as we do not only sell items, but roleplay experiences.

I am able to vc, however due to Fibromyalgia, talking and communicating is quite strenuous on my vocal cords, so i would highly prefer simple text when joining vcs however this can be addressed later to time.

Tae Minori would be a quite reserved young man, straying away from those which he viewed as inferior to him. With a mentality of respect being based on superiority, he tends to be quite rude at times to those who he does not seem worthy of his time. Not only this, Tae tends to carry quite a level of greed. He only tends to befriend people for power, money and stature. He is a rude male.

What Is Your Character's Motivation Behind Opening A Shop?
His one of many motivations to open his shop all stem from an opportunity which he sees. Being around people of high stature, power and wealth, Tae feels inclined to create a shop of his own, in an attempt to draw these high class men to his establishment for the primary reason of wealth and business transactions alike. Not only this, Tae's peers have always done well for themselves and he believes this is an opportunity to forward and prove himself as a person of business.

“The Minori Manner” is a family run establishment created as a means to emulate the overall ambiance and feel of a traditional gentlemen's club. All through primary Selling products such as Premium Alcoholic beverages and Tobacco based products, the goal of the Minori manner is not to sell items, but to create bonds with other strong minded individuals, and indulge the player into a new roleplay experience.
The Minori Manner’s primary goal is to allow characters of similar backgrounds and way of living to converse, delve into their characters' commerce and discuss business proposals and tactics. Its goal is to stand as a pedestal for the sophisticated people of Himera.

With a curated elegant rustic environment, Plush furniture, warm orange lighting, and expensive yet tasteful decor, The Minori Manner is a place of stature and respectability. Customers welcome themselves into our premium leather reclinable armchairs and sofas, placing their feet atop of our sturdy dark oak tables, taking a swig of their drinks and smoking their cigars from our bar and humidifier.
The Manner differs greatly from other shops, as we are not attempting to sell products, as much as we are trying to sell an experience. Classifying under the category of a “Cigar Lounge” or “Cigar Shop”, our atmosphere, combined with the hand crafted whitelisted individuals, the Minori Manner is unmatched compared to all other Establishments.

1/1 Shopkeeper: The shopkeeper in question will be myself, unless for OOC reasons I am unable to attend. My character will be responsible for most, if not every aspect of quality of life and safety of its customers, stock of items, creation of menus, designer of interior, employee wages and crowd control if needed.
1/1 Manager: The manager will keep track and control the same things as the shopkeeper, and will take control of the business if OOC reasons prevent the shopkeeper from being online, alongside a few added tasks such as scheduling employee’s, Media Management and advertisement.
3/5 Bartender/Waitress: The Bartenders and Waitresses work in unisine as a means to reach customer satisfaction. The waitresses will be responsible for creating drinks/providing customers with their requests for items. They will be closely monitored by Tae (My character) who will act accordingly if any complaints are made with either them, or a customer.
0/5 Door-Person: A Door person stands guard at said door and checks peoples Identification and attire to make sure they are allowed in and follow up to the correct standards of the said bar.

RULES ICLY
Membership Requirement: Only those who are appointed an invitation as a guest are allowed on the premises, with the exception of whoever the Shopkeeper or Manager feels fit to let in. Access would typically be in the form of an application process.
Dress Code: A Dress code of formal attire such as suits, dresses, dress shirts and ties are required. Informal clothing such as Sneakers, Jeans and Hoodies will not be permitted within the premises.
Behaviour: Both staff and customers are expected to behave and conduct themselves with class towards one another. Any disrespect, harassment, or assault of any nature will be dealt with accordingly.
Cell Phones/Photography/Record: Cell phones are completely restricted and prohibited from being pulled out within the club. This includes all staff besides Shopkeeper and Manager. If at any point someone receives a text or a phone call, they are required to leave the premises in order to take the call or answer the text, to which they will then be let in. Anyone with a phone who is caught actively using it within the premises will be kicked out.
Consumption of Alcohol, Tobacco And Other Narcotics: All through the establishment itself sells Alcohol, it is expected that those within the club drink in a manner that will not cause disruptive behaviour. All though allowing the use of tobacco products within the building such as Cigarettes and Cigars, any other narcotic is prohibited. If seen with the narcotic in question within the building, they will be escorted immediately.
Revocation of Memberships: Members of the Minori Manner are subjected to the revocation of their invite at any time, if the Shopkeeper and Manager feel it fit to do so.

Alcohol: I'm sure what the server provides as per alcohol and other non alcoholic beverages however that will be sold.
Tobacco: Again, I'm unsure what items will be provided for tobacco based products, however those will also be used and sold.

Jazz Night: A link to a website (WTG) allowing users to listen along to an assorted playlist of Jazz Music which will be appointed by characters/musicians which we hire
Gambling Nights: A night in which the guests have the opportunity to play in friendly rounds of poker or blackjack as a means of enjoyment or to make money of their own. Whatever money made by the host of the games will be given a portion of the income gained, whilst the rest is given to the Shopkeeper. Rules for these nights will be created prior to the event.
Chess Night: Friendly yet come competitive rounds of chess which will be held on Chess.com, in which players are able to compete for fun, or for stakes. Rules for these nights will be created prior to the event.

Customer Service:
Custom service feedback will also be implemented for both customers and staff, to all the club to continuously improve on what needs to be added. The feedback will be received either ICLY, or done by google docs which will be hosted the Minori Manner Discord. The complaints will include: Suggestions, Online surveys for event recommendations or for customer and staff quality and work improvement
Security:
Security measures will be set in order to prevent any issues within the establishment. ID checks will be done at the door, for anyone entering, and regular walks to survey the premises will be done to ensure safety, alongside complaints which will be heard by the staff, and be dealt with accordingly by the Shopkeeper and Manager.
Refer a friend:
All through the establishment may be invite only appointed by the owners, a referral program will be implemented via either IC or by Discord Direct messages, which will allow your friends to potentially be invited to the Minori Manner. Acceptances will still be accepted by the Shopkeeper and Owner, however this allows more users into potentially participating in our events and roleplaying in the establishment.
Membership Benefits:
Tabs will be kept privately within our Discord Via a channel for the join dates of each member. This will be done as a means to appoint long time customers of the Minori Manner certain perks! These perks include: Reduced costs of Drinks and other products and a room dedicated to other long time customers for more private conversations.
