What is your motivation for joining EMS?
My motivation is simply exploring new areas in Roleplay as factions. As I have been roleplaying for almost around a decade all together (not including breaks), I feel the need to explore different factions in roleplay. I'd like to step out of my comfort zone, meet new people, and just grow as a person from the experiences. As EMS applications are open and the heads are trying to fill out the slots, I believe that an opportunity has risen and I should be able to learn and experience different areas within HRP during my time.

My activities vary depending on my IRL schedule since I'm quite busy focusing on school and work. I'm usually active between 7-8pm and after work.. When I'm off work, I'd say I'm pretty active in my free time. Mostly getting on every single evening
I'd say I'm pretty mid when it comes to DetailRP. I don't have much experiences with Medical RP, since I haven't had proper training, but I'd be happy to learn some detail about it if accepted. I have more DetailRP when it comes to engaging to conversations, CombatRP and Actions.

PART 1: Character Apprehension:
Tell us about your character; how do they look, and what makes them unique?
A tall 6'2 Korean man with a wavy fringe undercut, weighing 192 pounds. Having an athletic body figurre with a full sleeve tattoo covering his left sleeve. Bearing the names of his love ones, being his mother, wife and kids. A ring could be seen on his left ring finger as it represents the best decision he made in his lifetime.
He appeared to be bold, quite observant, attentive, being the quiet one most of his time taking information from others. As he attends to demand respect from others around him, looking intimidating for the people who don't know him well. Taking the same demands as his father before him. But he'd appeared to have a softer spot to his loved ones.
Explain your character’s outlook on co-workers, personality, and future life.
As stated above. He'd look scary to look at first, but at his workplace he takes his jobs very seriously. Being more soft in which you don't ever see this come from a Minori usually, but for him. He'd be getting along with most of his co-workers, certainly having more of a weak spot to his wife and kids. He doesn't have an answer of where he'll be in his future life. Not yet at least.
Does this character have a criminal past?
Clean, stays his way out of troubles as much as possible even though he's been part of criminal activities with his family in the past, but isn't worth discussing about. Nor will he ever rat his own family out.

April 8th 2003, Seoul. Res Minori was born to a rather large family in the heart and soul of South Korea. He is known to be curious, quiet, attentive, observant to the family, as Hwa-Young’s fifth child. Growing up towards his siblings, doing delinquent activities. As years passed after his mother’s absence. Barely even being able to speak at the time of her disappearance, the family made it a point to hire tutors and rather pricey at-home operating teachers. Lesson by lesson Res learned each subject to its fullest extent, though Language tended to be Res’s favorite subject. Res began his Korean studies at the ripe age of five, pushing himself into books and flashcards he devoted himself to learning to speak correctly. As he grew his ability to speak and communicate properly did too, by the time he was thirteen. Res had properly managed to complete his Korean studies and as he began learning his Japanese and Japanese sign language studies.
As a requirement of his online schooling, he was required to learn about a different culture and language entirely. So while most people chose Japanese culture and the Japanese language, Res decided to change it up and be rather different from the rest of his graduating class. Res was the only person in the graduating class at his online academic school who chose to learn sign. For a while, Res tended to struggle with memorizing each sign and when he was finally able to work them into sentences tended to confuse him even more.
When the Minori family moved to Japan. Res’s knowledge of Japanese sign language tended to come in rather handy with making new friends. Friends who treated him like family and were the lifeline of his life. It didn’t take long to learn sign language as his friends and siblings tend to help Res to learn how to communicate in sign language. Res always had a book around him. Everytime he had difficulty seeing what his friends and siblings were saying to each other, he opened his book showing examples of what word these signs meant to him. It took Res almost two years before he started to fully understand what they were saying.
As time flew, he met the love of his life at the age of fifteen when he began learning his German studies, as an optional requirement to his studies in class. Res had to learn the basics such as 'Hi, how are you' and 'Goodbye, have a good day'. As he tended to struggle to learn how to pronounce the words out in his first year in class. A beautiful German-Japanese girl named August came to assist him with his struggle. She would tend to help with his studies as she would teach him how to speak the language properly and more fluently, translating the words out in Japanese for Res as he would understand the readings in German. As for how he got so motivated to learn the language more and more, he would tend to communicate in German with her. As they got to know each other day by day. By the time of his third year. Res had properly learned the way of speaking and reading German, and had met some friends along the way who were speaking German as their second language. And finally asking August out, as he got to express his emotions to her in her native language.
The two soon started dating till the day they announced they were finally official and getting married after a few years together. Putting his life on the line to protect her at all cost from their rival families. For her being raised by them as for his other siblings having their time to trust her, as much as they did towards him. Some have gained her trust and some haven't. As for Res truly respected their decisions. Leading up to the present as to where Res and his wife are awaiting their newborn baby.
A few years had passed, marking significant changes in Res's life. He had transitioned into fatherhood, shouldering the responsibilities of parenthood alongside the complexities of adulthood. Surrounded by these changes, Res found himself thrust into a leadership role within his family in Japan, following the relocation of some family members to Himera, including his father, older brothers and others. Initially hesitant, he struggled with the weight of these new found responsibilities but eventually embraced them, seeking guidance from his elders while managing affairs in his homeland.
Despite the countless difficulties and challenges he encountered, Res remained loyal in his commitment to his family and his future with August. As they eagerly anticipated the arrival of their newborn twin daughters, Res embarked on a journey of self-discovery and growth. Determined to honor his past while embracing the promise of a new beginning, he navigated the complexities of life with resilience and determination.
