My motivation for applying for this faction is my love for shopping. I know that's a little strange on why I would want to own a shop but hear me out. I haven't found a shop that really makes me feel welcomed in a long while unless it's a hot topic (we love hot topic) so I was thinking, why don't I make a HRP version of hot topic? One evening when her dad came home slamming doors and screaming she wasn’t able to hide Vivian from their father due to the amount of time left when her father entered the room. Slowly the guilt built up and Val was frozen as she watched her youngest sibling getting beaten and hearing her pleas of help she couldn’t stand her father any longer, when it was just her she didn’t care but he brought her siblings into the situation. She packs her and her sibling’s things into a bookbag and they head for the streets, leaving her mother, her father, and her old life behind. Nope. What Is Your Character's Motivation Behind Opening A Shop? Like I said before Val grew up in a very toxic household, due to this everything she did and wore was restricted. She never felt like she could express herself through her clothing like all of her other friends did due to her funds and family issues. So Val soon learned how to sew, with these skills she made outfits and sold them for some funds when she got her weekly amount she would go to the local shop called “Topic Hot'' in this story there would be accessories of all sorts but there would always be one that peeked her interest the “Ribbon Necklace” it would be a gold and silver necklace with a pearl lining with a ribbon char in the center. She saved up her earnings to get a necklace 50k yen, she stayed up day and night making outfits to get enough money to buy the necklace. After 5 months of hard work Val saved up enough yen to buy the necklace so she walks down the street to see a for sale sign. Suika-Jin What Exactly Is Your Shop (Restaurant, Convenience, Accessory, etc.) Accessory, mostly themed off of hot topic. So gothic accessories. Provide a Unique Description Of Your Shop, And Why Is Different Compared To Other Shops: Suika-Jin is a retail store that sells things like pop culture, goth, lolita, and grunge accessories. Unlike other stores, they take requests for new items via polls! When the store opens, there will be a wheel.If they spin over 130, they get 30% off their total price for the day. Only 3 people per opening can spin the wheel they will be chosen by staff. For a description of Suika-Jin, it would be a store like no other as you would walk in, you would immediately get hit by the wonderful smell of autumn! The shop would be decorated with sections, the goth section being laced with black ribbon across the walls, band stickers around the wall, and shelves filled with goth items such as chokers, ribbons, etc. As for the Lolita section, there would be doll-like bows, purses, plushies, and more. With strawberries engraved into the wall, a white lase goes into a cute bow around the engraving. There would be old records on the wall, old selfies, and neon signs with star engravings on the wall for the grunge section. Item Limit When a customer buys items there is a limit due to time management and other customers' needs on the line. The limit of items will be stated at each register, the item limit being 15. If a customer asks to see more than 10 things they will be denied, if they would like to see the other items they would have to get back in line and wait their turn same goes with the item limit. ICLY RULES FOR EMPLOYEES Behavior All employees will be required to use proper speech and not be problematic. The employees MUST be in proper attire to be able to start their shift, if in any other attire without permission from the Shopkeeper they will automatically have their shift shut down and be replaced with someone who is in attire. If customers are being rude employees are expected to be their kindest if it gets too far they can call for security. Merchandise All items in the shop are NOT for grabs if caught stealing you will be fired and forced to pay the total amount you owe to the store if not the law will get involved. All the staff will be dressed up in a special outfit acting like they are under the control of the wheel they will collect everyone inside and bring them to the wheel 5 players will be selected to play "the game" and they will all be placed on pedestals completing varies challenges until there is only 2 player left the crowd will vote who they want to "save" but whoever has the most votes will be voted out. The winner of the game is spinning the wheel and based on what they roll is the prize they will get then they will get crowned as the "Oddest Of The Earth" sitting on a special seat until closing time (or until they want to leave). Scavenger hunt Event: Customers will be tested on their knowledge of the store's hidden easter eggs! If they find all of them proven by screenshots in the discord, they will get 20% off of 1 item! The staff are not able to give any hints it's all up to the customers knowledge ! Upside Down Day Event: When customers walk into the store it would be... bright and colorful? The staff uniforms would be pink and white instead of red and black they would still be selling everything the same but a few things will change around the shop including the wheel so instead of spinning a 140 or higher to get 20% off you will have to spin 10 or lower to get 20% off, and only 2 people are allowed to spin!
