How would you address this situation?: Looking at the paper, I would write down on the paper to see me after class and ask what was going on and causing the failure in the class. How do you handle this?: Since they are breaking one of my rules and the school rules, I will speak to them after class and if they do not show up, I will make sure to take the further steps forward applying detention or worse, calling HR to help me handle the situation. If it needs to be immediately applied to them, I will assign detention or call the SRO to the classroom to escort them out. •Write 3-5 /me's of how your character would act throughout the school day. Before she stood up and walked around to make sure everyone is on task, afterwards she would sit on her chair again and look at her papers that she is grading for her students and continue to grade. /me Kuroitashi would be walking around the halls before stopping and looking around to make sure everyone is behaving. She would notice someone come up to her before kindly speaking to them, wondering what has happened or what they needed her help with. /me Kuroitashi would be in the breakroom speaking to her fellow colleagues about her class and the other class, speaking about how each class is interesting. 3. IGN(In Game Name): Lemxnades What Language are you applying for?: French Kuroitashi K. Vanderlin was born amidst the charming landscapes of France, but her family moved to the United States when she was young to immerse her in the English language. After years of living abroad, she returned to her homeland, drawn back to Himura to reconnect with her extended family and to study in the nurturing environment she once knew. Kuroitashi was fluent in English from her time in the U.S., but she longed to master French, the language of her birthplace. To learn French, Kuroitashi dedicated herself to rigorous study. She poured over textbooks, compiled notes, and created personalized flashcards with the assistance of tutors and her mother. Her mother, a pillar of support and encouragement, would converse with her in French, seeking perfect responses. Kuroitashi’s determination was fueled by a desire not to let her mother down. She changed the settings on her phone to French, challenging herself to navigate technology in her target language. She delved into French media, watching shows with French audio and subtitles, dissecting each sentence to understand the dialogue. She jotted down her insights on pronunciation and vocabulary, building a solid foundation in the language. Despite her efforts, French pronunciation proved to be a formidable obstacle. The accent was intricate, and certain words were particularly tricky to articulate. To overcome this, Kuroitashi explored France’s cultural hubs. She ventured to Paris, engaging with locals in conversations to refine her pronunciation. She introduced herself as a language enthusiast, eager to learn and absorb every nuance of French speech. Her mother’s daily tests grew increasingly challenging, but Kuroitashi rose to the occasion. After six years of unwavering commitment, she achieved fluency in French, much to the delight of her mother and the admiration of those around her. Kuroitashi’s passion for the French language was boundless, and she eagerly shared her knowledge with the community in Himura.
