As of now, I play on SRP, and it's getting a little repetitive and boring, I have been playing it for over a year and logged nearly 18 weeks on there. I play to be on here around 4+ hours of the day while I am still in school, but when I am out, I'll be one around 8+

What Is Your Motivation Behind Applying For This Faction?
As stated in the previous question, I play SRP a lot and I have always wanted to be a shop owner, only to realize that's a faded dream. Coming to HimeraRP, I see that there is a chance to become one and give jobs to the people who need them. I wanna be open around twice a week and make sure everyone has a good time within it

I am a very caring soul, mainly focusing on the family aspect of life, and would go above and beyond to help them. I want to see them exceed in life and honestly- owning a shop seems like the right fit. A good way to make good honest money without having to commit crimes. I love the beach and the mountains back in my homeland of Mexico, taking hikes all the time or strolls through the beach, even surfing sometimes. The ocean is where I wanna set up shop, with an amazing view over the casting waves.

What Is Your Character's Motivation Behind Opening A Shop?
Previously stated, I wanna make a good living for not just me, but also my family. I think hiring the young students in Himera would also give them a wonderful chance to make some money while still in school, this chance being the one I was never given back in Mexico.
Casted Waves Cafe (Sorry It wouldn't go smaller. . )
What Exactly Is Your Shop (Restaurant, Convenience, Accessory, etc.)
I plan to make it a cafe/bar/restaurant type deal, mainly a cafe though, sitting on the beach
Provide a unique description Of Your Shop, And Why Is Different Compared To Other Shops:
The cafe is the main goal of the business, good for the people starting their days with a pick me up, or needing work done in a nice cool place. Or even the students who want to host club meetings here. I really wanna focus on giving kids a better opportunity and giving them a place to have fun, go on dates, or host their kid friend kickbacks here.

Owner
As the owner, I will be in charged of hiring, buying supplies, and making sure the business stays a float. I will be in charge of buying all the attire and making sure the employees are doing their job correctly. I will also be making trades and deals with other businesses or groups.
Manager
The manager will help me keep charge of everything, from the employees to the financials, especially when I am away
Chef
The chef is the lead cook; making all the recipes and letting me know what we need in stock for the kitchen. He will also be the manager of all the other cooks
Cook
The cooks fall under the chef's lead, they do as he says and cook the food for the customers
Barista
(1 Current Employee)
The barista's will be in charge of running the cafe, making the coffee and serving the food at the counter. They will fall under the main managers lead
bartender
(1 current Employee)
The bartender, the main income I am assuming. The bartender will be the older ones of the crew, able to sell alcohol and not feel concerned about them selling alc to the children. They will be the ones overseeing the bar and letting me know what needs stock as well as selling the alcohol and making the cocktails
Waiter/Waitress
The waitress and waiters will be in charge of the restaurant, giving the food out to the customers and taking their orders as well as seating them. They will make sure everything is to the customers liking as well as watching over the main events.
host/hostess
The host/hostess will be the ones greeting the customers as well as sending them to their waiter or waitress. They will also be the ones letting out the customers

As of now, I do not but I am sure I could gather a crew with ease, my family, friends, adults, or even students can be hired so it shouldn't be too hard.

OOC: No toxicity in the cafe, it would just be very annoying to deal with and ruin the RP vibe.
If you apply, please have a motive more than just "for money". I wanna bring RP to the table within the store.
If you get banned from the server, you will need to double the time of your ban to reapply as you will be kicked from the cafe's staff team.
I hate using fear, though for the shop, it's a must.

I will arrange multiple different attires to fit all the needs of my employees and i am always open to suggestions
Do not ask about pay, 50% goes to the shop, 20-30% goes to me, and all the rest is yalls. This is starting out as well, so you could easily start to see raises as we move down the line.
I will not tolerate any toxicity in my cafe unless there is someone who damn well deserves it.
If you are not going to be in town for some reason, just talk to me about it. I understand, we all have lives outside of work. Please let me know in advance so I can have your position filled.
Serving alcohol to minors will result in you being placed on temporary unpaid leave if not fired.
Just respect me, your peers, and the customers the best you can. If you wanna have workplace shenanigans. . Make sure you film it at least.
If you are caught taking money, i.e.) embezzling, asking for more money than the item cost. You will be fired on the spot, cops called, and lawyers involved. It's very disrespectful among other things to steal, especially from your job.

As the "Casted Waves Cafe" is a mix of a restaurant, cafe, and bar; It will have a mostly open design to it with seating on the outside and inside, the bar having an outside portion and the restaurant seating having an awning. The cafe will be mostly enclosed

A multitude of products will be sold, drinks ranging from coffee to alcohol, to food going from grilled cheese to all types of seafood. On Fridays, I will be having my chef come up with a new style of food. The main alcohol will be vodka and rum, the perfect beachside drink. Whiskey will also be a huge part of it. Of course, there will be way more than what on the photos ^^

Once a month, the shop as well as myself will put everyone's name and number that ate out there into a raffle, and one lucky person will win free food there for a month straight.
Meetings for the students. Students are always welcome and letting them use it for their clubs would be amazing in my eyes.
There will be a lot more silly events when I can think of them. But I just want everyone to have fun and see this place as always a good time and sure to come back.

there will be music and lights going constantly. People are here to have a good time and I wanna make every night there a night they won't forget. I wanna have the cafe open around 5 times a week (oocly) maybe more.
