Haewon Kyong-Yun ࿐ 해원 경윤 PERSONALITY࿐ Although Haewon is young, she’s a kid full of energy, and fights for what she wants. She has a huge will of motivation, and if she’s chasing for something she will not give up until she has it. She’s joyful and tries to spread fun and joy everywhere she goes, but can be moody if she’s got the freedom to. She has a sweet tooth and is easily put off track if distracted with sweets. APPEARANCE࿐ Age: 1,5 Height: 2’2” Skin: Tanned Hair: Auburn Brown Eyes: Dark Brown Clothes: Usually seen wearing pink or red PEOPLE IN HER LIFE࿐ 매엥 진경 Maeng Jin-Kyong ࿐ Relation : Foster Mother 하준 정윤 Hajun Jeong-Yun ࿐ Relation : Foster Father ABSENT | 히마리 진 나카무라 Himari Jin-Nakamura ࿐ Relation : Birth Mother 히로토 진 나카무라 | ABSENT Hiroto Jin-Nakamura ࿐ Relation : Birth Father BACKSTORY࿐ Haewon was born in Seoul, South Korea. Maeng Jin-Kyong, Dep. Head Surgeon, and Judah Theodore Hunluan, Dep. Head Paramedic, who were her biological mother's dearest friends at the time, made sure the birth was performed exceptionally well. Haewon was orphaned by her mother, who departed the nation just a few days afterwards. Hajun, Haewon's foster father, became ill with infant fever while seeking for her mother and hoping to find anyone to care for her. Maeng had never intended to have a kid, let alone co-parent one, and yet everyone knew Hajun wouldn't be able to manage it on his own, especially since he had already been allowed a week to try providing for her on his own, and failed. Maeng and Hajun co-parented at Maeng's household throughout the trial to determine who would have guardianship of Haewon, given that her mother had relinquished all of her present rights to the kid. Maeng was appalled by her own sister's decision and formed a coalition with Hajun to request the court for protective custody of Haewon. With Haewon's birth father in prison, the court readily decided in their favor. All Hajun and Maeng had to do was present themselves as a couple in front of the court to show their viability in order to adopt Haewon. They thought everything was completed by the time the baby was one year old, despite not hearing from the original birth mum or dad. Haewon has never seen her biological father's eyes in her whole life, and Maeng planned for it to remain that way. "We'll tell her when she's older," they repeatedly said. Haewon grew older for every second that passed, and her story is still shaping itself til the day today. CIRCUMSTANCES OF BIRTH࿐ Haewon Kyong-Yun's mother at birth suffered from low blood sugar during her delivery, which led to difficulties after birth, forcing her mother to fall into shock. Breast nursing was not feasible for Haewon due to her mother's shock, therefore she began bottle feeding sooner than she should have. Because her mother fled a few days later, abandoning her infant in the hospital, breast nursing was no longer an option, and they were forced to feed her with a bottle. This will have a long-term impact on Haewon since she is now addicted to bottle feeding, similar to how a kid becomes addicted to pacifiers.

JIN-NAKAMURA LORE Written by Sinner The Jin-Kyong Family, est. 1968 by Kameyo Jin-Kyong, and Higuchi Jin-Kyong (former name Higuchi Seiji). The Jin-Nakamura Family (former Jin-Kyong), est. 2018 by Himari Jin-Kyong, and Hiroto Nakamura. July Jin-Kyong’s father, Kameyo Jin-Kyong, brought July to the world followed by July’s mother’s death. He had second grade lung cancer, and it spread quicker than they could handle because their family didn’t have access to the medical needs he needed to survive. They lived out in a small hut with no form of heat, and when July’s dad passed away she was quickly noticed by a couple that was out walking. They took her into their home, and from there on, July Jin-Kyong was born with a drive to accomplish exactly what she wanted, she didn’t have supportive parents and wanted to achieve the best of herself. The people that took her in lived in the middle class, and taught her how to comply with manners and orders she was given. She quickly learned how to be a housewife. She always dreamt of being rich and getting somewhere well born in life. She accidentally got married, by her foster parents forcing her to marry someone with wealth. She caught a pregnancy a few months later, and in the midst of raising her child, Himari Jin-Kyong, she was struggling because she had made her own amends to never accept money from her husband unless her life depended on it. Himari knew exactly what she wanted from when she began walking, and July was quickly recognized for her dedication towards giving Himari the best she could give, without taking or asking anyone else for help nor money. July and Himari seemed to have cut all connection with their old people, and ever since they’ve never looked back. They knew this’d be the beginning of something new. This started off the family rather happily with a nice wealth. Himari grew older as it went, but had massive health issues, she struggled with asthma and it became so bad she was at the clinic for a week before they managed to get rid of the struggle. All the money in their family vast went straight to caring for Himari, and July's husband was furious about this. He kicked them on the door and forced them to handle themselves. July was rather old when she had Himari, as she was pregnant with Himari by the age of 27. She gave birth around 28 - and when they were kicked on the street, Himari was only 4 years old. July didn’t know what to do and simply disbanded her child on a stranger’s doorstep. It ruined all the hopes July had, but July knew she had to move on, she searched for places to live and got settled at a christian school with dormitory. She’s never spoken to Himari since. Himari’s story changed for the better, and she quickly became adopted, her father kept in touch with her. She moved to an area called Seoul, in South Korea - alongside her newly foster parents, at an age of just 14. July, who was now 42, was still nowhere to be found. Himari kept tracing down her mothers steps through her teenage years, despite her foster parents telling her to stop trying. Himari knew July wouldn’t have disbanded her. All along it turns out Himari’s mother July, had changed her name to July Tsukai to cover up her story, it was her maiden name taken from her mother. As Himari grew older, she said goodbye to her foster parents and split ways with a fortune of 3 million in her bank account, she invested her money in a house, a tower and an apartment of her own. Her tower was decided to become her new way of making money, hopefully owning a bar and a restaurant, this made her the youngest property owner in Seoul at the time. At the age of 19 she fell in love with a man named Hiroto Nakamura, they both knew that their form of love wouldn’t be accepted in the society, but after sneaking around for 3 years with each other whilst finishing up Himari's tower, they made their relationship public. Their way of making their relationship public was to tattoo each others names on each other's arms- it might’ve seemed cringe back then but now at 26 and 27, they felt like it is a better decision than what they thought it was back then. A permanent way to declare their love for eachother. Unaware to Himari, Hiroto wasn’t the hero in golden-armor like she thought he was, a side of her felt like she knew but he seemed to have something rather big hiding behind closed walls. In reality he had been committing multiple crimes whenever not in her sight, and had sat in for multiple causes. To her he’d always say that it was nothing serious, that it was someone else and not him - that he loved her very much and alike. She fell for every trick he pulled, and that allowed him to continue the off-street work he did in his freetime. Himari made her own clothing brand in the midst of all this, and succeded rather quickly, although unsure what to call her business as she started it off as "Himari Tailor". One day she had an initial idea of adopting a teenage boy, however adoption when you’re not 25 yet wasn’t the easiest. South Korean law stopped them from getting the child they wanted, and they were given Hiromitsu instead. The formation of their family happened when they changed Hiromitsu’ name to match theirs. They couldn’t agree on a name so they took half of Hiroto’s name and half of Himari’s name, forming the name “Hiromitsu Jin-Nakamura”. Jin-Nakamura quickly became a liking of Himari's, and became the name she used for not only her tailoring brand but also her tower brand. Although they got a teenage boy way older than they wished for, they couldn’t have been any more happier than they are now, and they still have plenty of blank pages ahead of them so they have plenty of possibilities to form more family members, not to mention more friends and more experiences. They're excited to see whats in the future for them, and they pray they'll stay as wealthy as they are, and if not become wealthier. THIS MIGHT BE UPDATED AT ANY TIME - IT'S STILL A WIP

OOC: letter from hunluan , sent out of daisuke's residence to his holding cell . the only people who know about the letter are police and hwangmok , don't be a loser and metagame. [!] - The letter would be written in a calliagraphic but sweet text, using a purple glitter pen. A seal at the top right corner of the page marked that the letter's content was approved for the male to recieve. DAISUKE YAMAKAGE SAGONG HUNLUAN | 3/2/22 What I did was nice? I was simply letting your son know your whereabouts. However we both know your son' isn't just some 'son', he's legit your own age. . Recklessly enough, you put my badge on the line and somehow that call is the reason to why I can't be in blue, it's a shame you weren't the one punished . . that's right - you already were. Only reason to why I entered your cell in the first place is because we've been friends for ages, and you put that to risk by even as much speaking another language to begin with, you should be happy I'm not on an execution trial right now. Besides, your son can 'give me my cut', or whatever that is to mean. - Daisuke

DAISUKE YAMAKAGE SAGONG HUNLUAN This document is to be taken ICLY, as if written by Daisuke Yamakage Sagong Hunluan, played by Intrcweb on Seoul Roleplay. I found myself sitting in front of him, all my items on the table - Including my phone. The guilt inside me was terrible, if he’s not mentioning it I will. I try lying, because I know there’s more than just us two. I ask him to check the other room, I was a cadet myself I would know how large the urge of actually listening in on a private interrogation is. Worse, an interrogation off the records. The urge to shout at him grows. I didn’t know of the consequences that I put myself in by giving the male a simple phone call. I just wanted his kids to know why he won’t be home, ever again. I just wanted them to be aware that the 3rd plate isn’t needed- and won’t ever be. My intention was never to let him out, sure he’s my friend and he has been for a very long time now- but I’d never let him out. I read his file. I saw what he sat in for and what proof was against him. I’d never sit in a cell with someone like that if it was someone I didn’t know. I searched him before entering, and I made sure he was far away from the door. When I had given him the call earlier in the day- I never assumed it’d be his way of getting another officer killed. Our call never included any information on Korean that he could’ve used to tell his son something regarding the Cadet that was killed, Mayomi. The second he opened his mouth and began speaking in another language I hung up- Glaring at him with more of a death stare. He admitted saying he was just telling his son that he loved him very much, and to keep his mother safe. I was under a pressure of guilt and not to mention force, I’d be lying if I say he didn’t intimidate me, I’ve known him for years. He knows exactly where to poke me to make me give in. I’ve sat at home by myself, waiting for my parents to come home from work. They never did, the inmate in question knew my backstory, hence why they asked for me to make a call. I felt taken back to my childhood. I couldn’t help but feel sad. I’ve known both him and his child for 13 years now. What I did can’t be justified, at all. My intention was never to get another police officer killed. I never planned for that to happen. I had the males’ son's spirit in my mind, informing him that his father was sentenced for life is all I wanted to manage by that call. My actions from that day are nothing but punishable. Ever since I even slid my hand to my pocket and reached for my phone, I’ve had a nagging urge of knowing I did something wrong. Being told by the man whom I’ve looked up to my whole career- that what I did caused someone’s death. . It was unreal. Maybe being a police officer isn’t right for me. Sure, it fits what I want to be able to do but I have a shit ton of training, not to mention rehabilitation to go through before I even think of making it to tryouts for selection. Being a police officer comes with more responsibilities and rules than any handbook I’ve ever had to learn by hand. I don’t think I’m physically, nor mentally ready to take any of that on. I told my mentor that if this is the day I get fired then let's make it a common decision - because I have been working on my resignation of my badge ever since that call was even dialed for. If I was him I’d fire myself too, and even possibly detain me because what I did wasn’t human. It was selfish and reckless. I made a judgment on a situation completely based on my own past, without thinking about the consequences. He asked me if I was aware of what I had done. I was honest with him for once, came clean and said I had no god damn clue what the severity of that call actually was. Right after I told him I struggled to see ahead of the moment, he told me I allowed another officer to be shot, along with the officer’s daughter. I am the reason why two daughters are left without a mother, due to my emotions, and my failure to see along the lines. I had no clue that allowing someone to know that their father wouldn’t come back home would lead to two daughters receiving the exact same message, but to a heavier degree. I didn’t know that my actions and lack of judgment in the situation where I gave the inmate one call, would lead to another officer's death. I couldn’t have possibly known, I had the son’s best intention in my mind when making the call that I made. I had no clue it’d lead to Officer Mayumi ending up dead. . I regret all my actions, and as I told Yujun up front- I don’t want my badge back in the near future. I want to be able to repitch my life and actually be able to leave my emotions behind. I need to do that before even thinking about the light blue shirts. It was a fun experience, but I am nowhere ready to take it all in yet. I offer my condolences to Mayumi’s family, and I’ll personally make sure you get an imbursement of 50K from me, because had I known that is what would’ve happened as a reason to the call- I would’ve never even neared the cell that day. I apologize, not just to the community but also to the force. Signed by Daisuke Yamakage Sagong Hunluan OOC: Format for IC comments: IC - *Character Name* - *IGN* "comment"

OOC: Everything in this document can be taken ICLY, due to the fact that it is written and shared ICLY. DAISUKE YAMAKAGE SAGONG HUNLUAN This document is to be taken ICLY, as if written by Daisuke Yamakage Sagong Hunluan, played by Intrcweb on Seoul Roleplay. Being a police officer is the perfect fit for me and my aspirations, because it will not only allow me to expand my knowledge within the community, but it allows me to fight crime in Seoul, providing my services to make it a more safe space. It is no lie that the crime rates have flown through the sky during the past few weeks, and losing an officer of our own is an immediate sign of that. We already knew that criminality was a massive issue, but losing one of our own did it for me. Not only did losing officer Nakuzao Ezuno make me mentally unstable, but it made me scared of my own and the rest of my co-worker’s lives. I didn’t know how to deal with the fear I felt for my own life, because I had no clue how to not seem reckless over it. I want to give proper justice upon not only Nakuzao’s life, but also upon everyone else living and dead due to unnecessary crime. The reason why I want to be able to wear my badge proudly is to serve the people around me correctly, and seeing the ones guilty of a crime behind the bars locked away from society where they belong. Being a police officer was never in my plans, I always thought I’d end up with my brother in the EMS. However, by changing up my life by the tiniest of detail, I realized I don’t want to focus on saving lives by using health care, I want to save lives by getting rid of what caused the damage in the first place. Being a police officer is in a brand new field for me, and it comes with a lot of responsibilities that I have no clue if I was ready to take on, but I have grown and matured a lot over the past week, and I strongly believe that I’ve began understanding the rules and the situations that occur around us. I’m going to get a bit more personal- and share some of my backstory that a few of you already know, but most of you don’t. My sister died, the same way that officer Nakuzao died. She was kidnapped back in Japan, and when we lost her for good, we were sent photos of her body. It left us all traumatized, and I knew that the focus I had in my mind ever since that moment was to bring justice upon everyone else who has lost someone that way, and not to mention justice upon everyone who is afraid of losing someone that way. Bringing justice doesn’t just mean walking up to them and telling them to stop. That isn’t going to work. I decided, having the ability to cuff them and take them away from society forever, upon ever, for their guilt and non-sense. It could lead to me being able to actually make a difference. I admit that when I first got my job- I probably made my police commander, Jeong, rather annoyed at me during the first few minutes of our conversation. Although we laugh at it now, I splashed sewer water over him and blamed it on the coldness. All honesty- I was pissed off at that current moment, because I was told to clear the sewers. I had to get my knees and everything below that in the water - and then walk around in it. I was pissed off at him, and it made me want to throw my badge at him and run away crying. I manned myself up, and realized that being a police officer includes taking shit like that without a single complaint, because what if someone was dying out there? If I refused I wouldn’t have been able to search it and make sure no one was dying. I still remember crying to Nakuzao about it, as it was the first thing I did when I got back to the station. Nakuzao never liked physical touch but he’s– he was - one of the few who actually seemed to give a shit about my mental health. He knew that being a cop is never going to get any easier, and made me understand I wasn’t alone. Reality, I miss him. A lot. And I will serve my justice in his memory for the rest of my life. I apologize for not making it clear to you Nakuzao, but I owe you a massive thank you for making me stay at my job that day, because if I had quit, that would’ve been the worst decision ever made. Yes Any previous bans/warns? If so, list them: A warn for looc flood, but it's no longer active. Describe your activity within the server and forums? I am online everyday, for hours on hours. Any previous applications? if so, list them: Builder team application, accepted. PD application, accepted. Citizen Application, accepted. Lawyer Firm application, pending. What role are you applying for? Surgeon. What motivates you to join the Hospital in SeoulRP? I have a lot of experience within medical roleplay, especially when it comes to handling medical scars and alike off from GangRP and such. I have been a medic in multiple family branches on other servers, and I have worked as a clinical lead, a clinical manager and a hospital manager. (Pluss some other minor roles such as therapist, surgeon and pharmacist.) Besides this I've also had other experience such as internship in real life, where I was allowed to follow a nurse around for a week with my college program being health and social care. It was the most thoughtful week I've ever had and I wouldn't change it for the world. From the 21st of February to the 4th of March I have another two weeks of internship in real life, and I am heading out to an hospital to follow a surgeon around in real life. I have major expectations and I pray to bring some of my experiences with me to be able to roleplay better than I already am. The hopsital in SeoulRP is probably by far my favorite department, the people there are so wholesome and I love the community SeoulRP has. I would like to do more than just be a citizen. What makes us think you are different compared to the other applicants? Different and better are two different things, and honestly I don't think I'm any better than anyone else, anyone can make a good applicant with training, but I wouldn't need much training. As an applicant I would like to say that I have charisma to share, I have a lot of personality and a lot of character. I am very outgoing and I wouldn't put it past me to get to know every staff within the team in the hospital if I so do get accepted, because how we vibe OOCLY affects ICLY aswell. I want to be able to make a ton of new friends, and gain a space of mind that I like to be in at the same time. I truly believe the hospital could be that place for me. I have a lot of experience per mentioned before, and I think the team could use someone who's knowledged and active when not everyone else is. Besides all this, me knowing how to GangRP helps me evolve better within EMS on my other account, this being because I know where the hurtful limbs are and where to punch to knock people out and alike. For example if someone got their carotoid stabbed I would be able to help that before bleedout timer runs out, because I have knowledge enough to detail roleplay it to save the patients life. IC Information Character’s Name: Yturi Yamakage Age (25+): 28 Current Occupation: None Nationality: Korean Academic Degree: Bachelor of Surgery, obtained from medical school. Major(s): Bioengineering, Human Physiology and Health Sciences. Minor(s): Sociology Languages Spoken: Korean Backstory: Yturi Yamakage is a well trained male, being the surgeon that he is he's struggled to get through all the years to come where he is. His parents never believed he could make it, until his parents trusted him to help remove his mothers brain tumor during his internship. It was done with proper pre-caution and he wasn't alone. That's then they finally saw Yturi's potential and managed to see past his blue purple hair. He never really understood the dynamic between him and his parents, but when his mother passed away as of very recently, Yturi and his father became very united and moved to Seoul together to start over again. Moving out on his own has never been in the books for neither his parents nor himself, as he wants to stay as close as possible for as long as possible. Yturi had a lot of friends growing up, but they didn't want the same as he did. He wanted a form of success that wasn't allowed when he was little, and everyone had zero to no hope at all for him. He kept growing on, fighting the voices in his head with the little hope he kept to himself. Being an only child was never easy for him seeing as he had to grow up without someone to ask for advice throughout his childhood. He learned to manage with himself quicker than a child should have, and throughout his childhood learned to help use first aid kits to help people at school. He foot followed the school nurse during his high school years, and spent most of his time outside class, fixing up the people from the sport teams that got injured from playing sports. This is mainly what built up to him wanting to be a surgeon, as he wanted to make peoples lives good again by repairing whatever might've caused em to have to change their lifestyles. IGN: oSinnerr RPNAME: Yuri Yamakage Sagong : ‘Young’ AGE: 26 CHARACTER BACKSTORY AND DESCRIPTION: Yuri Yamakage Sagong grew up in Japan with her younger sister Mun-Jee and her adopted twin sister Daisuke. Yuri had always been interested in music, and knew that her dream was to lead a music label of her own one day. She moved to South Korea with both of her siblings, Mun-Jee being the youngest. Music has always been her biggest interest and finally being allowed a record label floor strictly for her in one of the prettiest towers was a win win for her. She quickly began decorating and getting to work, when her sister Mun-Jee dropped her the news that she would be moving back to Japan to regain her life. The truth hit Yuri when she realized it’d only be Daisuke and Daisuke’s dad around her. Yuri’s life quickly took a turn for the worse, because despite finally having a record label and finally achieving what she wanted to become in the first place- she felt like she had lost more than she had gained. Mun-Jee would call her every now and then, but in between calls and recording people's songs, there was a massive focus on gangs and criminal activities for Yuri. She had no clue where she fit in, until she met two boys who took her in as family, they stood up for her in front of a few other people, and quickly introduced her to life as a criminal. As she turned older, she had been in jail 3 times already. Daisuke was always the one to take Yuri’s fall. She always paid for Yuri’s bail and made sure she had a chance to see the outside of the iron bars once again. Little did Yuri know how much danger she put those around her in by getting herself jailed. Needing to put someone else as the face for the record label, she introduced herself to plenty of investors. Picking them left and right, as she selected and made a beta male version of herself, forcing one of the males to be the cover of her business plan. Because they both knew it was just a scam to gain money. True, Yuri had always had a sense for being liked by others, and for liking others. But she never had intentions of becoming the next Lady Gaga or Baby Mix. She knew that the next big star was clearly not her, she couldn’t even play a note on the piano. Yuri knew her business couldn’t be with her face until she turned at least 25 or 26 before telling the media, because she was selling alcohol at the bar on the second floor. She knew that had the cops searched her place and realized she wasn’t even legally 20 yet, she would be in major issues. However her business seemed to run smoothly after she finally took over it when she turned 26, officially listing herself as the owner of Young Records to the public.
