Backstory [100+ words]
Craig McJiggles was born in Russia to a family of police officers. His father was a captain in the Russian Army and his mother was a detective in the Moscow police force. Craig followed in his parents' footsteps, joining the Russian Army after completing high school. He served for 10 years, seeing action in Chechnya and Afghanistan. In 2001, Craig was approached by representatives from the Republic of Korea who were looking for Russian military personnel to help train their police force. Craig jumped at the chance to see another part of the world and learn more about law enforcement. He spent a year in Seoul, working with the Korean National Police. He loved the city and the people, and when his contract was up, he decided to stay and become a police officer himself. Craig has now been with the Seoul Metropolitan Police for 15 years. He's a respected member of the force and is often called upon to use his Russian language skills to help communicate with Russian tourists and businesspeople who come to the city. He's proud to be serving the people of Seoul and making a difference in his adopted home.

Disarm them as soon as possible and limit their movement to reduce risk of harm to others.
While you are at the station, another officer sends out a distress signal. What do you do?
If dealing with a situation, then check if others are going to the signal and go there once finished, but if not dealing with something, then head there as soon as possible after checking with others.
You are surrounded by several armed individuals; how do you react?
Disarm as many as possible and defending myself as much as possible.
You believe a higher up officer is abusing their power, what do you do?
If there is an even-higher up, then alert them and present evidence that the higher up is indeed abusing their power
