That is wrong, you cannot remove a limb without staff approval or going through the escalation process and no where does it state anything about KO'ing people. You should re-read the rule with an open mind, this is nothing like SRP nor are these "perms" Remember, this is escalation, this is things you have to do during a conflict to get to a certain stage. Its sort of like an order of conflict
