From my knowledge I have two bans, my first being a burger king outfit during whitelist around a year ago. My second one was also sometime ago (not sure on specific dates) for advertising another server by mistake. Describe your current level of activity on the server: My current level of activity on the server is not very high as the whitelist has just come out once again but in total I've been around since one of the very first release of Seoul back in the first opening. I've been around for almost all openings as well and I plan on coming back for this third opening as well to play. Do you have access to a microphone? I do. Do you have any previous experience with police work? I do; I have had lots of previous experience with police work. I've played a PD role in several other games from Minecraft, for example, Roblox, Unturned, Minecraft, GTA, etc. I've been PD on several GTA servers, some being very serious RPs and others being semi-serious. For example, some of the servers I've been on are heavily text-based RP servers on GTA called GTAW that get around 700+ concurrent players a day, sometimes spiking up to 1500 people at a time. GTAW is the closest thing as well to a most realistic scenario to everyday life with callsigns, reports, paperwork, deep roleplay, setting up police scenes, recruitment phases, medical treatment, etc. To add to that, I've also been on PD on a previous server called NXT Roleplay, which is also a GTARP that gets around 100–200+ players daily. In total, I've probably RP'd on 4 different GTA servers as an officer and on 2 other Minecraft servers. Do you have any experience with CombatRP? I do. I have been playing Minecraft roleplay for around 3–4 years now, with most of my time going to the more illegal side of things such as crime RPs or the legal side of things like PD and EMS, which require some heavy roleplay situations and actions. I've also been in several fight clubs that call for a P2L mindset and detailed roleplay actions. Speaking on my GTAW text-based RP, which also calls for P2L actions or realistic actions that should be possible in real life,. What motivates you to apply for HPD? The reason I'm motivated to apply for KPD is that I've gone around and seen the police department and the map of the city and thought they looked very detailed. I was also an officer on Ridgeston and enjoyed my time there and how that PD went and the gun system, and I would like to also portray that over here with the same gun system. I think it brings much more in-depth roleplay and a more suitable time. I also have enjoyed my time on the other roleplay games as PD and find it more enjoyable than working an everyday job as a restaurant owner, school worker, or shopkeeper, as it brings a risk to things and is much more organized than most gangs. Is your character familiar with self-defense? Gabriel would be very familiar with self-defense as, growing up in a rather low-class family, he lived in a very sketchy neighborhood that called for several times of him needing to defend either himself or the people around him. With that, he also took up several boxing classes and grappling classes, such as a local Judo class in his family's city. He took the judo class with his brother as a way of bonding. During his time in Judo and boxing, Gabriel also took up several UFC fights, combining both his skills, before returning to his school life. How well does your character work with others? Gabriel works extremely well with others, though at first glance he seems like a dull individual. That wouldn't be the case. Gabriel is an outgoing individual who wishes the best for others around him and is always glad to be able to help people reach their goals. During Gabriel's high school basketball career, he had many friends that looked up to him for his "older brother" attitude that thrived for not only his success but that of his peers. Is your character independent or a team player? Gabriel is a team player; he once played high school basketball, which makes him a very athletic and good team player, as he worked on setting up shots. He understands what is needed to come out on top and what is needed for his team to achieve success in and outside of the workplace. This makes him a solid team player and/or leader. Gabriel is unique as he Backstory [100+ words] Gabriel Mendoza was born on August 13th, 2000 in Hokkaido, Japan to a middle-low class family. His father, Joshua Mendoza, worked as a motorcycle mechanic while His mother, Maria Mendoza, worked as an art teacher for the local elementary school near their home. He has a little brother named Angelo who has always been a mischievous kid and would always get in trouble wherever he would go. His family always got complaints from the neighbors or the school about his activities to the point where he was nearly suspended. But as he grew older, he started being more and more mature due to their family's living situation. Gabriel always considers him to be his best friend and supporting hand whenever he feels uneasy or hurt. At the age of 20, He completed his bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the International University of Japan, where he decided to take up English as a language and become fluent in it. However, during his degree, the family grew more disarray as time went on due to their financial situation. His father started having a drinking habit and became abusive towards the family, but their mother still tried to keep them together even during those harsh times. It was here that Gabriel decided it was time for him to move to another country, where he could earn and send money back home to their parents so that they could live peacefully without any issues troubling them. After graduating, Gabriel moved to Himera. He didn't bring anything along with him apart from some pocket money he had saved during the time he worked part-time at a grocery store near their home town; and a suitcase with some clothes and important items that would be beneficial for him to live in Himera while trying to find a job. Level of education [Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc.] Bachelors. Scenarios: If charged by an armed delinquent, how should you react? Depending on the situation and the time I have, this could go either way. I could first pull my taser and act with a non-lethal weapon that could miss and cost my own life. Or I could go with a lethal option and reach for my weapon, which would take out the threat and save my own life as well as any others around me. I would go off of the 21-foot rule; this rule implies that a person charging at you with a sharp-edged weapon can travel the span of 21 feet in the time it takes for you to pull your weapon in your first two shots. So depending on whether this suspect is 21 feet in front of me or not, if I deem that I have enough time and that the suspect is not a dangerous threat to me at the time and is instead standing and not following orders, I would deploy my taser. Though, in the sense of them charging at me with said weapon, I have every legal right to fire my weapon as my life is in danger. While you are at the station, another officer sends out a distress signal. What do you do? I would get myself and a partner together for more officers to respond before quickly hopping out from the front desk and running over to my cruiser. That's where I'd drive to the distress signal radioing in my correct 10 codes, stating that me and another officer are on the way to said location. Depending on whether the officer is in a secluded location or not, I would keep as much communication going between me, dispatch, and the other officer as possible to try and get their location in as little time as possible and then help assist with minor medical needs before rushing them over to the hospital. While on the way to the hospital, I'd ask the officer questions about who or what attacked them and give back information to dispatch to get officers informed of the situation and take a look at the suspects. You are surrounded by several armed individuals; how do you react? Depending on the scenario, I would press my panic button and keep as much distance as possible between me and the group, taking several steps back. Whatever weaponry they had, I would go off of my training and pull my firearm out, keeping it positioned on the closest target to me while giving direct commands to drop the weapon on the whole group as I radioed in backup. I would then either attempt to make an escape and get to my cruiser or to a safe location or fire shots at the suspects while going off of my 21-foot rule, or if they have firearms, I would wait for backup to arrive at the scene. You believe a higher up officer is abusing their power, what do you do? I would collect as much evidence as I could while contacting a government official as well as a higher-ranking officer. I would send the evidence over to the government official, and the higher-ups would make a legal case out of this if possible to get the higher-up officer rehabilitated or fired from their position. This would then hopefully lead to the corrupt officer being arrested or put on a leave of absence until the situation is fully assessed for officials to conduct research and a background check on the officer. Well being a previous GangRPer I'm faster then most and also can think like a GangRPer and can predict most actions of what people may do. Enrico lived in Venice Italy till his 13th birthday when his mother and father both got in a serious argument where his mother ended up gaining custody over him and his father gaining custody over his brother. I'm very well suited with my DetailRP being able to p2l and regular fight in a better format then most instead of the short low sentences that most people use to fight with. I've always sold illegal weaponry and have never had the cops called or catching me with any sort of illegal weaponry and most wouldn't think of me to hold any sort of weaponry on me as I'm a very quiet man and keep to myself a lot. He was born in Venice Italy with his Italian father Francesco Romano and his Korean mother Hwang Romano, he lived in Venice Italy for 5 years of his life learning Italian in each of his classes and at around 5 years old he moved to Seongnam Korea where he lived there for another 5 years before switching between both Countries for 3 more years of his life where he then finally settled down in Karakura Japan at 13 years old, he had a rough time making friends before getting into a lot of trouble with crime and gangs and going down the rougher side of Japan where he found out at 17 years old just a couple days from his birthday that both of his parents got in a serious car accident just down the road from his home where police arrived with the dead on the scene, Enrico didn't get informed until late at night where he had been worried and anxious for them the whole time until he finally had gotten a phone call late in the night breaking down the news.
